Playstation for me but I've been on Playstation since 1997, I bought a Xbox this Gen but do to xbox's decisions I traded it and my og ps5 for the ps5 pro.
I have all 4 pc xbox ps5 and switch and even a steam deck, i love xbox and always will because of my friends and halo i cant leave it all my gamerscore is on there
The Gamerscore is definitely a big motivator behind staying with Xbox to buy/play games. As much as I want to try and get some platinum trophies on PlayStation games, anything 3rd party still has me leaning towards just playing it on Xbox for my achievements
Do you think Nintendo won the console war? I ask that because, their in house exclusives stay exclusives and some of the PS and XB franchises are being released on the Switch like Lego Horizon or Grounded...
I don’t know if any brand could “win” the console war in any final, objective way. But Nintendo is certainly in a great position due to both: how unique the console is. And how great its exclusives are. Like, there isnt a massive point to own both xbox and PlayStation beyond getting whichever exclusives you want. But now, having a “main console” plus a Switch is a different thing entirely. The switch offers such a distinct experience, that people are way more likely to have one of these separate from other gaming. Because they’re so different, Nintendo doesn’t even have to compete with Xbox or PlayStation. Which is definitely a huge advantage for them sales wise
Nintendo has always been out there doing their own thing 😂😂 Nothing wrong with that though. There are definitely lots of reasons to love what they make
Haha thanks! Something about growing up as a console player, makes it pretty tough for me to utilize my PC for gaming very often. There’s just something about having a machine dedicated for games that just makes sense to me. But I totally understand the appeals of PC gaming as your main way to do it
