This reminds me of one of the old video by Mrwhosetheboss which was now taken down (there's reuploaded by others on UA-cam) about the uPhone/xPhone or something. They're basically doing the same thing. Straight declaring war with the biggest industry in the field (iPhone, Samsung / GTA, The Sims), fake addresses (both Hong Kong), fake website, videos. It's so similar that I would just assume it's the same team behind both scams. Hopefully this video doesn't get taken down.
Real life cars is fine to add, you can the look a like of exactly what the car looks like, just never the brand, when you license a car into a game, your paying for the brand, not the car model.
It was funny seeing someone look at an obvious scam, point out all the things that makes it an obvious scam, and then point out a thing basically every game with realistic cars does as if that's also evidence of it being a scam.
That’s not true. You cannot replicate the car exactly, you have to change something about it. That’s why GTA cars are not exact replicas, they will change the grill, lights, rear. You can’t just make an exact copy of a Porsche and remove the logo and you’re fine. You are not fine. Same way you cannot put Will Smith in your game and call him Bob Swoon and think you are fine. You are not, you will be sued.
@@robbylebotha yh, that's why most games do some very little changes like in the interior or exterior, like maybe moving the car door handle a bit down or slightly smaller, headlight a bit bigger, the fitment of the rims and fender not being correct, very small changes that won't be noticed basically, hell roblox is a great example for this

Great video glad to see them get exposed. They make indie companies look bad and do nothing but try to scam people. keep doing what you do!
Another Day Before 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
anyone else remember in 2019 when a game called RAW had a kickstarter?
this looks WAY too familiar...
Yeah but at least this will release 😂
This video is an AMAZING detective work! So many evidences! Amazing work!
Bro I fr wishlisted this game on epic games after I founded it out randomly on the store, when I watched the trailer I was hyped up thinking that "what a trailer bro ain't no way they giving this for free".But when I saw the gameplay footage I was like "wtf this thing doesn't even beat saints row the reboot"I quickly removed it from my wishlist and carreid on with my scrolling and just after a few hours I see this video on my fyp😀👍
Good move brother!
Just want to say thank you to you and everyone that helped you with this video. I saw this game when the trailer was first shown off and at first I thought, "wow" but then realized it was too good to be true and all the red flags started showing. I'm glad to see a guide like this showing in detail how far this goes, even further than it did back then. Now any time I want to tell people this game is a scam, I can trust this video will be all I need to show them why, it does all the research for them.
9:56 the funniest thing about this is the "recommended" specs for this "GTA 6 RIVAL"
It shouldve been "The Day Before" scamming GTA 6
5:46, hey, thats the unreal engine mannequin default idle pose for a second there
Bro the whole walking is default
Bro you almost got me laughing there when you read this part of the email: “This game will rival GTA VI” 😂 But nice video man ❤
the use of someone else's trademark is allowed in comparative advertising, so they are allowed to use the GTA 6 trademark to describe the nature of their product
Also, lots of games were advertised in the 90s by straight up insulting their competitors (nintendo and sega, crash bandicoot and mario, 40 winks and mario etc)
IBM had button pins that said "IBM beats your WANG" in reference to their competitor, WANG Computers, in the 80s.
In the us yes
Saints row 2 also did this with their "would you rather?" Trailer, poking fun at the mundane shit you could do in gta 4
Thank you for all you do. You spoke with voice of the internet for the people. Thank you. Please keep doing more content like this. You already have ALL the evidence. I won't be surprised if this UA-cam channel deactivates itself but keeps the app running.
This is the silver bullet gamers needed. Thank you Jetro!!!!!
No, thank you for your help with this bro
19.5k subscribers!! Your videos rock man!!
Appreciate you bro thank you
10:36 - there is NO WAY that's a real person
Dope Video man! Need to get my editing skills up like you
Think I'll just stay away from this game altogether. Who knows what coding they put in the game to steal other personal info and whatnot. Thanks for the video Jetro! Enjoyable watch as always. 😎
@@ThatOneChick420 appreciate the tip as always! Thank you!
The level of research 🔥🔥🔥
Excellent work, thanks for the information. Truly valuable.
thank you for doing this bro, ive been tryna warn people on UA-cam. not to sign up for there safety.
This is how Maffia City looked in the ads.
Except Mafia City is a real game even if the gameplay is way different than the ads. It's another mobile base builder game with a mafia skin on it.
Good job, hope you'll keep us posted on further developments. Will be entertaining for sure (as long as you don't fall for it).
Well it's very simple to understand it's a scam. No game would use the words "combining features from GTA and SIMS".
Thank you for putting this out there
Sad part is, i would love to play this if they got licenses for cars and made their own models.
I saw the thumbnail for this, almost didn’t click on it like what is this BS, well, my bad, I’m glad this video was made and hopefully more people see this, awesome video all around, it’s good to see people looking out for others 🤙
People should stop using word scam and start calling it legal fraud.
Anyone else's youtube videos just keep pausing itself, then youtube just freezes up? Tryna watch this video fr
When you move the video down a little, it will do that. Every update youtube does brings another bug
I've had a short not be clicked off fully to cause this also.
@dancearoundtheworld5360 I thought it was just me
@davidadkins3544 nope I've im on yt everyday, and right now the selected comment is flashing on my screen
Sometimes it freezes and then my app crashes (but doesn’t close so I have to close it)
Real ones👆🏻
Thought it was just me 😂
These people have so much potential to make a game, yet they chose to make a scam...
This is giving "The Day Before" vibes 😐
I've just seen the comment on the video 🤣, one look is all it takes
“the 24 hours before”
Bro how do you not have more subs fire vid as always🔥 wild what this company did tho
I appreciate you bro and thank you! Yeah, just wait till Sunday. It's gonna get super crazy then...
I bet they didn't even licence busy earning
Protogen :p
The influencers can be under NDA.
Games can use real life cars with permission.
Nothing wrong with asset flips.
Using the same text font's means nothing.
the real competition is for the day before.
I don't know how the hell you guys could spot all those giveaways in the "trailer" especially the smaller ones like the Taxi Cab number, but seriously bravo 👏👏👏👏👏 I never would've noticed them.
Just the fact that the company is based in Hong Kong should tell you that it is a clear scam
Nearly all triple A devs have studios in asia, how is that indicative of anything?
hey pal hate the CCP not the people they ain't done nothin to ya.
@@hypnotised-clover name 3 right now and their best games
@@LoneStarRanger_GamingHoyo with Genshin and Honkai.
Moonton with Mobile Legends.
Theres also Arknight
@@connorcornwall1404So shitty pay2win/gacha mobile games. Alright gotchu
Not to mention the gameplay also looks like it's a render.
@@robbylebotha yh, that's why most games do some very little changes like in the interior or exterior, like maybe moving the car door handle a bit down or slightly smaller, headlight a bit bigger, the fitment of the rims and fender not being correct, very small changes that won't be noticed basically, hell roblox is a great example for this
Ultra Games was a shell corporation and publishing label created in 1988 as a subsidiary of Konami of America, in an effort to get around Nintendo of America's strict licensing rules in place at the time for the North American market. One of these rules was that a third-party company could only publish up to five games per year for the Nintendo Entertainment System in the US
I hate GTA 6 scammers bro
Shoulda been pretty obvious something was up when it had the same cars from the matrix awakens tech demo
Is there any way to report steam about this scam? If there is a way then report the hell out of it. ASAP!!! RIGHT NOW!!!
Many people have reported it. However Paradise is deleting posts from the discussion page on their Steam page.
@JetroYT What if we reported to Valve about this scam or spread this massage all over social media?
