Finally from last 1 week i finally fixed my sleep schedule and takes 7-8 hours of sleep . Sleeping at 11 pm and waking at 6am is so good for your mental well-being and i can really experience it
Some tips for SLEEP: - Go outside 2-10 min as close to waking up as possible to expose yourself to light (Don't look right at the sun... ) - Go outside 2-10 min circa Sunset as well. - Limit or avoid exposure to light during 11pm-4am (23:00-04:00) Candle light and light from a fireplace is completely fine, also other very dimmed light! - Use lights placed on low height locations instead of overhead during the evening. Do these small steps every day and you will experience huge benefits and reset your circadian clock! May take around 2-3 days to be able to reset. Make sure to actually go outside and view the light, instead of through a window/windshield/sunglasses etc. Viewing the light through a window is 50x less effective (sunglasses even less), unless you have some eye-condition that requires you to use sunglasses etc. These steps also helps people that are blind or have severely compromised vision (assuming they still have their eyes), because it's not about perceiving the sun, it's a subconscious mechanism!
I was awake for almost 48 hrs straight with 30 shut eye. Last 2 hrs of my awake, I was type of hallucinating. Hearing voices I knew it was due to sleep and I was dead tired. But yes sleep daily is essential.
I would think that the more consistency of good sleep, your body’s over all health will improve consistently/ over time; That’s exciting! So, if you are grateful for a month’s Improvement of sleep, imagine making it a part of your lifestyle as we did as children- that’s where your vigor went: lack of rest, negative thoughts, alcohol abuse, too much sex, lack of water, fruit, vegatables, etc. Conclusion, have patience; after all, look how long it took for you to detroy your vigor! Also, school is very much in our way in that matter.
The Best Sleep is at Sea Level where you get the most Oxygen because of high barometric pressure. At high altitude your body suffocates and doesn't get enough oxygen because of low barometric pressure.
