I got diagnosed with sleep apnea recently. For years I was angry and frustrated why I was not making progress in the gym while buying expensive supplements, I even hired a personal trainer for my workouts at the gym and still was not enough. The I went to the sleep doctor to get checked and they prescribed me to use a CPAP machine since my sleep apnea was a severe case. Now I have been using the CPAP machine and my sleep quality was amazing and now I am seeing the gains I made in the gym in just 20 days. If you snore very load, please go to the doctor, sleep apnea is often ignored but it is a very dangerous condition.

I have Tourette’s syndrome, and I’ve never been able to sleep because of my tics. I am a very light sleeper, and if I wake up my tics start back up and I cannot go back to sleep. Ever since 14yo when it all started I have suffered. A couple years ago a medication called Seroquel helped a lot, then my issues got worse and now I take Ambien as well to get by. I’ve done all the research I can to sleep the best I can and I do everything right. And so even though I work out all the time, I never see much progress. But it still helps a lot of course. Don’t be a fatty All these sleep problems have lead to other issues like hormone problems, memory problems, and even Schizophrenia now. Which is connected to brain inflammation, inflammation can be caused by lack of sleep. So, you guys do everything you can to get the sleep you need.
Here's some motivation: Workout and nutrition can sometimes drain your pocket But sleep is one of the only factors in weight loss that is AlWAYS free :) There's no "sleep on a budget"
You can still sleep 8 hours by going to bed at 7-8. If you start working at 4:30 chances are you get off early as well, so your effective working and leisure time remains untouched, it's just shifted.
Sorry man but no, it just doesnt work that way, the body doesnt know how much weight or how many reps you are lifting, the body responds to a stimulus and thats all there is to it. If you are gaining stength you are gaining muscle 99% of the time
dude the lower reps the more weight u can lift meaning you're body will adapt to lifting more weight witch in term will get you more strenght gains then muscle gains. Ur always gaining both but you can chose witch u want more
Here's the reality: pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1334/6243981/24458046/409323137.jpg CNS adaptations will obviously play a role on strenght and muscle gain, but unless you're an elite powerlifter like Brian Shaw, the difference for the ocassional lifter is not noticeable at all. Maybe the increase in blood pressure and the "pumps" you get in result of that will make you believe you are, but the body just recieves an stimulus (total work capacity matters, weight/reps/sets not so much) and responds to that by making the muscle grow, thus resulting in strenght gains

This guy is a genius he told me don’t even bother liking right as I was leaving the video and I came back just to like it
This channel is always on point. Each video is better than the last. I'm really impressed! Nice job man, keep it up! Don't give up! o/
Thanks!
I’m an emergency room nurse that works nights. Heavy weights, rice, meat and ostarine cycles 💪
This Guy and channel should deserve the Nobel price and Oscar for the most clever and honest videos regarding nutrition and training.🙏🏽🙏🏽👍
Oh man, thanks!
i ill second that.
Because this channel is the very first one to not say "subscribe and like and do the bell" i am doing all 3 for the first time....
Who else was watching this at 1:00 in the morning when he said “if you’re watching this at 1, you should go to sleep”! Dang. How’d he know!? 😂 Going to sleep y’all! Goodnight.
He said not to bother to do anything, go straight to sleep. Yet you wrote a comment. How dare you? *(Greta noises intensify)*

I needed to hear this. Thanks!
Workout, clean diet, sleep well, repeat!
It´s 3:09 am ... soo gn8 :D

Watching this after 8 hours of good sleep is awesome 😁
Same, just woke up and saw this video
Must be nice huh!
Watching this at 5 am with no sleep is horrible 🙁
Man it's so hard for me to get to my bed, but whenever I'm in my bed, I won't get out. I usually go sleep at 1 am and wake up at 7.30 am throughout the week, but in the weekend it's like 3 am to 5 pm (14 hours) lol. I need help
For the UA-camr who put his viewers health before likes, shares n subs… thank you!
Who else is actually watching this in one in the morning, lol

sleep is the best part of the workout 😆
p.s take it from someone who has the metabolism of shaggy from Scooby-Doo, I used to be a nocturnal person. but I sleep like a rock because I need to if I'm trying to become a boxer and reap the benefits of my workouts. I love you sleep 😘
Im not sure what this means, but im about 6 months in and i'm really happy with my improvments in energy, stamina, physique and my PR progress in various reps. Going from literally 0 clean pushups/pullups to 28/12 super slow, clean fully controlled reps....
But i consistantly put off sleep and get maybe 3-4 hours, sleeping from 4 am to 8 am 6 days a week(I sleep like 10 hours on my day off)

Don’t be a fatty
All these sleep problems have lead to other issues like hormone problems, memory problems, and even Schizophrenia now. Which is connected to brain inflammation, inflammation can be caused by lack of sleep. So, you guys do everything you can to get the sleep you need.
thx brody hope you find a solution to fix that sleep problem
Here's some motivation: Workout and nutrition can sometimes drain your pocket
But sleep is one of the only factors in weight loss that is AlWAYS free :)
There's no "sleep on a budget"
WEIGHT LOSS?!?!?!?!

i work at 430am and live a half hour away from my job.
ideal doesnt always means reality try having naps :)
You can still sleep 8 hours by going to bed at 7-8. If you start working at 4:30 chances are you get off early as well, so your effective working and leisure time remains untouched, it's just shifted.
hahahaha you've never heard of a career in medicine
I'll take this advice thank you for the info I've been upset with not making progress as much but now I know
Could you make video about whether if lifting light weight has the same effect with lifting heavier weight, please? Thank you so much.
1-5 reps is for strenght gains( u can lift higher cus of lower rep range) and 8-13 for muscle gains ( more reps so lower weight ofcourse)
Ur always gaining both but you can chose witch u want more
Here's the reality: pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1334/6243981/24458046/409323137.jpg
CNS adaptations will obviously play a role on strenght and muscle gain, but unless you're an elite powerlifter like Brian Shaw, the difference for the ocassional lifter is not noticeable at all. Maybe the increase in blood pressure and the "pumps" you get in result of that will make you believe you are, but the body just recieves an stimulus (total work capacity matters, weight/reps/sets not so much) and responds to that by making the muscle grow, thus resulting in strenght gains
You should read dictionary more. No offense intended but I think you'll feel offended anyway. Sorry :(
i sleep on the flat bench itself still no gains😔
Try incline sleeping
