Agreed. He has some vegetables, emphasizes healthy fats, keeps the protein reasonable (2.5-3.0 g/kg), and has a bit of variety to the protein and carb sources. Guy actually seems to care about his health.

I just recently got into Chris Bumstead and I’ve just kinda known of him for the longest time, but never really got interested in him. But after seeing his latest Olympia win, his physique, philosophy, and just this diet video, I’m definitely interested in him now. Seems like a genuinely, nice, intelligent, young guy!

Recently ran across his channel, and he’s most soft spoken and just genuinely nice dude. easy to listen too and watch.
I’ve seen a lot of these videos from Muscle and Fitness. This guy has the best diet by far! He is having good, balanced, nutritious meals every time. So many bodybuilders just eat rice, chicken, potatoes all day long.

He has an autoimmune disease which kinda prevents him from taking the supplements necessary to get to the size of an open guy so I think he’ll stay classic forever
M B unfortunately. At least bumstead has a physique you can look at and actually want to have. Personally I’d never want to be that big but it’s not an inherently unattractive look like the open guys

Yup me to....breon has a better built then him with less flaws,and more porportional while chris has flaws like bis and his back, but good chest, quads, and waist..... but bumstead is the future...hes tall, handsome, smaller waist, vaccumm pose is 100, he has the look they want....but hes got his hands full with breon whose putting on quality size looking like an open boy. The unknown threat is keone...my god does that boy look TREMENDOUS...and like chris also has an amazing vaccum except his comes with the best set of guns on stage.... My prediction this year will be chris breon and keone....i think breon will come in better but if chris is 100% he wont lose... he has to much in his favor....its almost like classic will be a good looks contest to im telling u watch If u asked me whose body id want itd be keone though...most potential
