That was really cool. Something out of a horror movie or a nightmare. I can't believe that one stall had a roll of toilet paper in it still. Nice job on this one!!
Thank you! Yeah the tp in the stall, I didnt catch it while I was there but I noticed it editing, crazy
This is so much like my old school!! i left 3 years ago, and i remember the halls were all dark wood, gothic style. A lot like this. The classrooms still used chalk boards. The lack of school funding (primerilly the reason the place shut down) ment they never had money to restore the place so you felt like you were back in the 1800's. When i used to go out of class, the long winding and dark halls felt creepy so i used to run back to class haha! It's recently been turned into a carehome for the elderly.
yep that's creepy but really cool ...great explore guys
great Work.. enjoyed this...stay safe..
Great video, really liked it with the same reasons as you described. The old wheelchair just fitted right in.
Incredible video! Beautiful decay!

Great video
Class!👍👍
Thanks!
I like the history you give thank you
Wow!!! Outstanding video! That is a very beautiful old school building with very good vibes and obviously a rich history. I think the creepiness is due to the fact that it has been allowed to fall into disrepair... With love, it can be restored to its former glory. Your videotaping skills are awsome. 😀 I was able to view individual objects in the rubble and the architectural details. It es a shame that such lovely buildings are allowed to decay. Thank you for your great sacrifice in obtaining and sharing this fantastic video! 😊💕💖💕💕
Thank you so very much. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the video, I do try to film all the places I visit so that it can be fully appreciated later. I'm not sure that there's much hope for this school, it will probably be torn down in the coming years if not sooner, but it is a shame.
Kentucky Urbex I pray not... It seems that this country does no value history as much as it should. Those walls have absorbed many stories. The buildings were constructed with pride as seen in the architecture and created with character. History es our future. How can we build on a foundation that has been destroyed and forgotten? 😢 You know... I am most likely to haunt my own house and old high school when I pass over. 😀 I believe that I would make the perfect glost.👻 😁
I love the chosen music-perfectly matched with the setting.
thank you very much
That is advanced decay and on such a large scale. It's a bit surprising the building is standing---but that my not last much longer! I'm wondering how long until parts of the building give way. My guess is there are girders holding up the floors; I suspect the outside walls will start breaking up first.---You weren't far from me, Chris. I live in south-central Indiana and went to an older and much smaller school in Greene County in southern Indiana.
Its So Amazing CLEAR ... Feels Like I am Walking With You Behind The Camera
Thanks a lot!

Thanks, they're out there somewhere. It will grow organically lol..
I live on the South East side of Indy and I'm trying to figure out what school it could be? Great video!
This appears to be the old Charlottesville HS and then the Original Eastern Hancock School Corporation. I went there 1st through 4th grade 1967 -1971 and then they built a new Eastern Hancock High School for the next school season Fall of 1971 and separate Eastern Hancock Elementary School. I did not get to go to the new school as we moved into Greenfield where I attended and graduated at Greenfield Central. This old school building is located on East US 40 in Charlottesville Indiana between Greenfield and Knightstown. Not shown in the video is the far eastern section of the building (attached single story) and that was the elementary 1st through 3rd grades. Cool video! I wish they could have toured the old elementary side though. I hear that there may be a gentleman living in the section on te far west end where there is a New garage door and power lines going to the building. ???
Great explore with lots too see thnx, but a bad one too walk around in, if there are wooden floors they wil be gone in 2 years.
ive lived in central indiana all my life and never knew this was here
I wonder who went to school here. Who were they and where are they now? If only walls could talk...
estherdestiny-I was thinking the EXACT SAME THING!!!!
boy what time and neglect does..Wow!

saw those slides and immediately thought of thecarpetbagger
I wish someone could explore my mom's old home on Market Street in Kentucky before it's tore down.
Umm, this looks to be the old high school in Charlottsville, Indiana. The property is currently privately owned and the owner isn't friendly at all. I visited the site a few months ago and took some photos outside. Thanks for the inside tour. This site is no longer explorer friendly. Dang
where does the owner live? i went like 6 months ago and got in n out with no issues
love your video footage, im an urbexer too, but just doing the still pictures, USA seems to be a good place for urbexing i guess, here in little Denmark we have nothing interesting to see
Very weird that it didn't look like it was raining outside. I think I know which school this is. I wish I could find an Indiana Urbex group. Or maybe start one...

One of the first places I went
Is the leaking from the plumbing or from the rain outside?
Live right down the road from it
A shame everything in there was destroyed :/
This is sad to see
Is this Charlottesville?
I forgot to mention the first time around: I like the Dorothy Parker reference at 3:14.

Looks like a scene from the walking dead

Ghosts using the toilet lol
