Hey guys thanks so much for watching this video! Let me know if you’d like me to do more videos like this, and what type of topics you’d like me to cover. I love hearing from you! Sending lots of love ❤️💫
Thank you very much for your videos! You help me a lot. Everything is so clear and easy to follow. And your voice is so calming. I really appreciate the work you have done and still doing. Wish you prosperity and happiness throughout your life. Namaste! P.S. i would like to see your video about teachers training. I mean with the information like: which level do i need to be to start training, or if there is some online courses, due to pandemic. Thank You in advance, again!
I love your videos, Jessica! You're the one that made me achieve consistency with yoga becauseyour routines keep me interested. I would like to know more on whether you follow ayurveda in your life and eating habits, if you're on the journey to achieve samadhi or not necessarily, when we should begin to practice pranayama (I still haven't started because I've only been practicing for some months), if you've also delved into tantra and if you managed to do splits thanks to yoga (I'd like to achieve this and I wouldn't know how) Thank you again for everything you do and please don't stop because we need you!
I love these types of videos! You have an absolutely undeniable positive vibe about you & id love to learn more about yoga ‘off the mat’ and going beyond the physical practice:) loving your videos especially the restorative practices, thank you for sharing your journey Jessica!!! 🧘🏽♀️
Hi Jessica, I just found you and I love your videos! This is what I was missing in my life. Thank you! If you haven't already, can you do a video on the essentials for a full yoga journey. Maybe divided into what a beginner, intermediate and advanced yogi needs. Thanks again!
Summary 1) set an intention 2) keep short and sweet 3) schedule 4) find inspiration 5) special yoga space 6) take yoga off the mat Thank you Jessica, love your videos.
Well said ,,,,in each tip, it's not a competition,,,it's not easy in the beginning,,read an understand yoga 1st ,,wish I had yoga during my wrestling career, yoga is amazing!!! Thankyou.
I've been practicing yoga almost every morning before going to work for about 3 months now - and I was able to do this because of your videos. I failed to keep consistency before somehow - I tried many other yoga instructors' videos on UA-cam but couldn't find practices that are my style, and I used to get easily bored and tired (also found it difficult to follow in terms of the speed and complexity even though I would consider myself as an intermediate level)! Honestly I think your practices are so good, thoughtful and motivating and I just wanted to say a big thank you! Xxx
Aww thank you SO much ☺️ I appreciate having you here and practicing with me. I’m so happy that my classes are able to help you keep consistency 🙏❤️ much love Diane x
Diane, I could write the same comment, word for word except I've been practicing every evening after work instead of morning. Jessica, you are the inspiration! Thank you for sharing your passion.
Hi Jessica. I recently discovered yoga (and your channel) because I decided to give up alcohol. I was drinking to relax and I wanted a healthier way to go about it. I do one of your morning videos every morning and one of your relaxing evening routines every night. I am so glad I made the change and have discovered even more benefits to my yoga journey than just relaxation. Thank you.
I've been practising Yoga for 10 years and I totally understand that feeling. My practice suffered a lot after I became a teacher. I ended putting a lot of pressure on myself and as a result, started to resent yoga. I'm slowly finding my way back onto the mat, but only after I decided to make a lot of changes in my life. Thank you for your honesty.
I have loved yoga for 15 to 20 years. I've said I have never felt like I wanted a yoga session to be over. I love it when I do it. I just have never been able to stay consistent. Thanks for the tips.
I've been practicing yoga consistently but without commitment for eight years now- this video made me stop and consider why I hadn't been able to fall in love with my practice after so much time. Revisited my intentions and had a lightbulb moment, then immediately got out of bed and practiced for 10 minutes. I think I needed to hear those things, so a million thank you's for sharing! 🥰
Namaste, I am grateful that the universal, all embracing and ancient wisdom of India and Hinduism ( yoga and meditation) is being appreciated and adapted all over the world now...
Jessica you are the best....you are my inspiration, you motivate me to wake up and workout my yoga.....you are truly a western yogi.....thank you so much for all your videos.....you are my trainer in disguise.....thank you so much.....you rock!!!!
Hi Jessica I am from Italy and I started following you since the beginning of the Covid19 period in 2020. You helped me a lot to relax myself and calm down in this very difficult period for the entire world. I thank you so much for your lessons for your sweetness and you are a daily presence for me. I really love all your videos . Namaste
I am based in Botswana....u know wat my dear, u r the best YOGA teacher ever at your age, I do YOGA with your videos everyday....The evening candle light YOGA ohh my God it's the best...I love u...God bless you abundantly....the other thing my dear, u r sooooo beautiful 😍
Something that REALLY helped me with staying consistent was starting out only doing yoga twice a week, so it was very manageable. Once you get used to that, it's easy to practice more frequently, if that's what you want. But starting with something you can definitely keep up with is so helpful. It also helps to not beat yourself up if you miss a day or something. Just being very gentle with it can help with consistency
You are the best of the best, I have never been so consistent and motivated and joyful when it comes to looking after my body and mind and you have had a great impact on that! So thank you so much!!!!
i haven't been so connected and really close to a practice before. you have taught me to be patient, compassionate and grateful for the movements my body allows me to do everyday. you are an inspiration for me and i can't thank you enough... Immense love for you Jessica ❤️
I really started to take a stronger interest in yoga towards the end of 2020 and so decided to set a goal for myself to practice it everyday of 2021 because I knew how much happiness and clarity it would bring into my life. I begun to practice and found your channel and have quite literally been glued to you, your flows and your story ever since. I've taken your practices and your words with me all throughout this year and I have even been considering taking the yoga teacher training course because I've just fallen so in love with the way yoga makes me feel and I want to be able to share that with others! These tips are all super perfect, helpful and things that I definitely have been trying to work and focus on in my own practice. You've reallu helped me grow and I find so much comfort coming to your channel so yeah I just really wanna thank you for that :) much love
Hi Jessica! I just wanted to thank you. The variety in your videos really keeps me going. My practice is more consistent, my flexibility and strength improved, and you helped me get through a very difficult experience. Thanks girl.
I loved this video.. it's indeed so important to know that yoga is not only about the postures, but so much more and only this makes it worth holding on to it! I can tell you that yoga and meditation has helped me to overcome a burnout and know that I don't want to go back to this dark period in my life! Thanks Jessica 😘
I found you on UA-cam not long time ago and really like your classes and energy. Your voice calms me down which is perfect for yoga session. Thank you for doing such a great job, Jessica 💞
This has been so refreshing I’ve been doing the physical part of yoga for a year now and just got to where I can keep up with your 30 min videos physically , I am now working on the meditation aspect , this has been nice to get a lesson verbally I like these get to know your practice videos it has inspired me to write my own in tensions and I thought that would be hard on my own but my pen just keeps writing thank you for reminding me to look with in ❤
Great insight and enjoyed the Q&A as well. I'm a truck driver and just a few weeks into doing Yin and Restorative. I actually started an IG just for journaling progress in hopes of keeping myself motivated. Your flows are so easy and calming to follow
i'm very similar to you! :) i started yoga a few years ago and after i was comfortable/learned what was going on, i went all in with vinyasa classes in a studio for a while. LOVED it though. hatha sometimes as well. then covid hit and i turned to an at-home practice via youtube. 15-30 mins most days, dabbling in meditation, lots of slower paced stretching and some vinyasas. it's made me focus on what my body actually needs, which, most days after a job on my feet all day, is something relaxing or a full body stretch. still love a sweaty vinyasa every so often but i'm loving being more in-tune with what i actually want out of my yoga practice. very happy to have found your channel
Thank you for your tips! I've started this journey again, and it’s been not easy before to keep the practice constant. I hope this time it'll be more successful. 🙏 Namaste!
Hi Jessica, I love your videos and you are my fav yoga instructor. I love your channel and the video format it is very relaxing and peaceful. Love your vibe and voice ! You have the right energy for a yoga instructor. That's why I always practice with you :) xoxo
This was definitely my yoga inspiration for today! And I’m thrilled I’m doing all these already (although I could even more). It encourages me I am on track to a consistent long term practice. Thank you for this!
Thanks for sharing. New subscriber here. 😊 I did yoga 2yrs ago but then stopped because I was not consistent and I somehow felt the routine thing that you shared and mentioned. But recently I started home practice again and I have found your channel. Thank you for sharing your tips.. I will definitely set my intentions now and hopefully be more consistent with my practice. Thanks Jessica 😊
I like having a home practice because I can take the time to listen to my body and focus attention on places where there is more tension or discomfort. My intention is always to leave the mat with all parts of my body being tension free.
Hey Jessica! Just want you to know that im also a yoga teacher and ive been doing your classes everyday as my daily practice. And your videos have reached all the way here to Brazil. Kisses from Rio de janeiro 😘
What really helped me is use an app called habit to track my practices. I guess this goes along with your planner/calender tip. I find it very rewarding to be able to ‚tick something off a list‘ but also be able to look back on your progress and consistency that way :)
As a yoga teacher as well, I love this video! More videos touching base on spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga please! I feel like this is not talked about enough. Like going through the chakras, eight limbs, yamas and niyamas, etc. in more detail. 😊 Thank you for all you classes and being an amazing teacher. Looking forward to more of your videos. 🙏💕 Namaskar sister!
Thank you so much Jessica! These sit-down videos are very helpful and inspirational! I’m a yoga teacher as well and recently started posting classes on UA-cam and it can be very difficult to maintain my own personal practice, so I’d love to watch a video as you talk about how you balance your schedule and fitting in time for your practice while also creating content. Thank you for your work! 🙏🏾
I love hearing you talk about the spiritual side of yoga. I just finished teacher training and am fascinated about the deep philosophy of it. Would be so happy to watch more of these chat-videos! (I do love your practice videos too ;)) love from Japan
I loved this videos. Please do more of this type of viddos. I have always struggle with consistency but because i struggle funding which class to do or if i have time to do it. Hopefully this tips can help.
This is so great, thank you! I began my yoga practice October 2020. I practice at least a few times per week, and definitely am noticing some of these tips- like checking in with my body before deciding what type of yoga to do, are so helpful! Thank you for the reply
Lovely video...just subscribed!! Watched twice second time with notebook!! I would really like videos on other resources to learn more about all the limbs of yoga such as books to read on the philosophy etc or online course/resources. Thank you really enjoyed this❤️!!
Hey Jessica, I love your videos and it's great to hear your words of wisdom as well as doing your amazing classes. I was wondering if you have any recommendations for books on yoga philosophy? This is something I'm keen to explore from your top tips! Thanks so much for sharing all your free content. All love xxx✨🕉️✨

I love your videos and I had frequently been practicing the bed yoga, and didn't know you were from Charlotte! My partners from Charlotte and I'm in Asheville, did you teach in person pre pandemic or plan to ?

I love your videos and I had frequently been practicing the bed yoga, and didn't know you were from Charlotte! My partners from Charlotte and I'm in Asheville, did you teach in person pre pandemic or plan to ?
Thank you 😘
Thanks 😀
