Girl the state of Florida needs to hire you! You are so knowledgeable about all of these programs! At the very least you could hold sessions at these properties for small groups discussion. You could donate your time or negotiate small fees for you to come on site and assist renters

Right now, many of the apt. rentals in California go for "an arm and a leg and a couple of toes." And many apts. are not all that. I've encouraged my own family members to invest in real estate. It is a start!

They are constantly building tax credit apartments which are called affordable housing. Some just open up down the road from me in April. Pasco is a very racist county.

Nice area how does one afford these rents. Our social housing in pounds is cheaper but then the earnings here are not always great
Florida is one of the cheapest states to live in. There's no state tax so that is part of why they're cheap. Yes I said cheap. I live in Arizona and we're paying over $1200 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom.
Depending on where in FL. I am in Orlando and out one bedrooms go for 1250+ don't forget about first last and security deposited they never be trying to give back.
I had a look at housing here. The private sector is comparable. Social housing is a bit cheaper.

Hey peach I've seen those kind of grills. Old ones at our campground here in hot springs Arkansas. Both and raised here. It's nice here. Ouchita lake Is nice and around the lake area. My dad took ate whole family camping a long time ago. They are pretty good grills
And it's got a nice pool. I love that pool. Very nice. Nice area to live in Florida.
The only way you going to find a apartment for that price or lower is 1. They are low income are income restrictions apartments are if it's a 1 bedroom apartment are if it's in a bad area are if the apartment don't look that nice

This is nice of you to do this Peach. In Atlanta I think there are tax credit apartments further north of Atlanta but they aren’t like public housing . The racial makeup is mostly Caucasian . Perhaps it’s different from city to city . I just wanted to share because this is such a great idea you’re doing .
