I speak this blessing in your life! You're such an inspirstion to me. Im 23 and due to domestic violence im back home with my mum but im so excited to see others rise because it gives me hope that God wont forget me... everyone will get their time. The house is extremely beautiful but I think you should go for the 7/8 bedroom like you want. 5 brdrm with a convertable office is really settling but best wishes to you!

God has NEVER forgotten you and God NEVER will! I'm sorry you went through that situation with domestic violence. I once was in that situation too. You have to remember God didn't put you or me into that situation. That was our own doing because God gave us free will and we just chose the wrong path. However, God gave you a way outta the situation by having your Mom let you move in with her. Keep looking first to God for everything in life and he will always set you up for success. Even if everyone around you is doing big things God never forgets his own. He will give you everything you need just remember everything happens in God's time and not our own time. Keep your head up and looking to God and I promise you God will never let you down!

Hey Peaches, if you like the house floorplan you can always start with that and add an addition or build above the garage more bedrooms. That house was gorgeous!

that model home has some good features, i dig the loft and balcony, also the plantation shutters and double closets. that $600k starting price really like $800k+ because i can tell that every damn thing is an upgrade, lol... do you want 2 laundry rooms? i think because of the size of your family and your requirements you may wanna look at a custom builder

You can always make an extra bedroom by the loft. You can probably fit two bedrooms. Stunning home 😍😍
You can always add a wall inside the closet and I would take the wire shelving out and put a closet unit in (you can get them from Home Depot/Lowe’s). I love shutters and that bathroom, too.

Those plantation shutters are expensive. If I offer one piece of advise it's do not upgrade everything. Most Floorplan builders do not use the best quality products even when they are "upgrades". We built about 6 years ago and have replaced all of our flooring and lighting fixtures and most appliances

The market is so scary right now! I want to list my house because we purchased our home in 2016 in Wesley chapel and price almost tripled to sale but if we want to purchase a new house we will loose out if the market crash years later… So just make sure it’s a home you really want to live in because you may not get the money back on a resale 🙏🏾🙏🏾
We been looking more lutz Wesley chapel and zephyrhills for older homes on land…. Tired of HOA😂😂😂 and you know Pasco county is cheaper then Hillsboro even though it’s turning into a hot spot
YEAH WE ARE GOING TO LOOK IN WESLEY CHAPEL TOMORROW. IT’S CRAZY BECAUSE A COUPLE IN THERE WITH US SOLD THEIR HOUSE FOR $699,999 AND HAVE TO BE OUT OF THEIR HOME BY THE END OF THE MONTH & THE HOUSE THEY THOUGHT WE WOULD BE $592,000 IS GETTING OFFERS FOR $900,000 IT’S INSANE

@@PeachMcIntyre yeah that’s sad and crazy I’ve saw that happen over here especially in Epperson…some homes have jumped over 100k within just the last few months so some people have been forced to down grade from their original home size because of the time frame to move and not finding anything to rent 🙁

Another thing is to look into property taxes for the area. Not sure how Florida is, but Ohio property taxes are based on house/land values. Our home is paid for, however we have property taxes due twice a year. Congratulations if you will have no actual house payment. I know my husband and I celebrated when we paid ours off a few years ago.
Peach that house is beautiful! Keep in mind with that kind of floor plan(an office by the front door that can be converted to a bedroom) which child would you put in that room? You probably would only be comfortable with your oldest being that close to the front door and so far away from your room. But, those rooms don't have attached bathrooms usually. I love these types of videos. Keep bringing us along on your tours!
