You would be a top selling real estate salesperson. You are so knowledge, so informative, so energetic, and helpful. You would rock being an advocate for lower income first time home buyers or those looking for clean affordable housing because I could see you working your butt off to help them accomplish that goal.

I'm pretty sure that's what she meant, although not stated in your exact way!😊 These apt complexes are designed to keep people in them! It's precisely why they increase the rent with every annual increase from a person's income! They don't care if it's .10c on a dollar, they're job is to keep people there.. period! It's even worse, when someone purchases a house with a low variable mortgage rate! (A big no for me) One should always get the lowest fixed rate as possible before signing for a mortgage! Ijs 😊

The thing about apartments like those usually are thin walls. I'm dealing with that now. I am totally against garden style apartments. This all sounds great but the things that really count usually are left out. Like are there any security on the grounds, how do they handle wild, noisy neighbors, are the apartments insulated well? How old is the carpet? How often do you paint and replace things?

@@Sparkle-ey7iw well that's the American dream so that's obvious. And no I don't need a house because ppl are making unnecessary noise and being disruptive at all times of the night just because you feel like the price is good. Smh no one pays rent to deal with others who should be the ones buying a house. It's not ok to just say that, look at what happened in Miami with that building being neglected. I guess all of them should've bought a house. These buildings look nice but usually are poorly constructed and when problems come up such as excessive noise or anything else that is based on the construction of the building you're ignored. Then when someone is harmed or buildings falling down everyone wondering why.

I have a large NICE one bedroom Apt with EVERYTHING included. There's even a washer/dryer in the basement. I have good reliable landlords and decent neighbors. I pay $725 a month for my Apartment. I live in Vermont and the reasonable pricing allows me to not have to rely on any state or gov't aid. Those kinds of rents are insanity!!! Idk, must be more rich folk than I know about, 😆

Nobody should be living in deplorable situations in this country but it still makes me feel some kind of way to see low income housing be better then what the normal working class can afford. I know it's the system designed to keep us content with where we are but still there is not a lot of help in that area for those who make descent wages (by thier standards) but still need help with affordable housing. Hope you understand my thoughts.
