To quote a reference from the Dr Axe website - “Oleic acid is needed by the body’s cells for proper membrane fluidity - making sure the cell membrane has a thick enough layer. This is important for fighting pathogens, transporting minerals and responding to hormones. Oleic acid also serves as a major source of energy for our cells, and it’s used for the production and biosynthesis of many essential metabolites.”

Especially seed oil manufacturers used chemical products so it out of the question that high risk of heart attack, obesity and many other life risk coming up. Now these days we getting sicker n sicker. N recently report young kids are getting sign of heart attack. I’m like wtf how this possible now.. lol 😂

The so-called "bad" cholesterol LDL is NOT all bad, the body uses valuable resources to produce this. Never brand LDL as bad, as the body wants it!... The problem is in the damaged LDL which occurs mainly through oxidation. Damaged LDL shrinks and so passes easily through the body causing the harm, while the large 'fluffy' LDL is re absorbed by the liver and redistributed to create import things like coenzyme q10, which is vital for health. So, calling LDL as Bad is wrong.

(This lamp is) kindled from a blessed tree, an olive neither of the East nor of the West, whose oil would almost glow forth (of itself) though no fire touched it. Light upon light. Allah guideth unto His light whom He will. And Allah speaketh to mankind in allegories, for Allah is Knower of all things.
Only lately in the 21st century science gave found that the bless olive tree and olives has its own light that glows from within.

I’m a bit skeptical. Does the accent of the narrator add credence that guzzling oil will be a panacea? Olive oil is a processed food low in nutrients and phytochemicals relative to total calories. You are probably better off eating more fruits and vegetables and exercise more. I’m sure more oil consumption will pad the wallets of olive oil manufacturers. Most oil consumption will go straight fat storage. Most people are too fat as it is. Much of the olive oil on the market has been shown to be fake.
