The stem is thicker with no stem wobbles, it has better acceleration, climbs hills faster at a constant speed, better headlights and the wheels are better because they are air filled, so it's smoother and takes most bumps in the rhode very well !

Highway 152 lb and I'm 6'1. I feel like for me the scooter would be really fast and climb up pills with little to no issue. I had the S2 pro before, I also had no issues at all with it. I gave it to my sister's son though to be nice. Just ordered the S2 max. Some people say they were able to go around a year before the tire popped, some people complained within 10 miles of having a stem leak. I wonder if you reviewed this long enough to experience that issue. Regardless I pre-ordered some very strong liners for the tires and I got brand new high performance tubes that won't break so easily
I have one of those. I really like it for the price. I have been surprised how fast the low end on the battery disappears. Especially in cold weather. I bet if you hit that hill at full speed you would have had a good chance.
@@ElectricRevolution seems like when it comes to ebikes and scooters they never give the range specified, rather half of it or less. this scooter is 40 mi range I think and you only got 16 to 17 miles, which is still some distance I guess
That's awesome? If I can get a range of over 16 miles, then I can go to church more regularly. I returned the GoTrax because at max speed, I could only get about 8 miles on a 25 mile range advertised!!
My S2 Pro is outpreforming your review. I'm consistently get 19 to 20 mph and 20 miles of range in sport mode. I'm 5'8" and 170 lbs. I would think the only difference is hill climbing due to the 48v system. Im not sure why there is no speed hacks for these scooters?
15 lbs does make a difference with these types of scooters, is what I have found so makes sense that it's performing better for you and yeah there needs to be some speed hacks for sure

I'm currently using a SunL M2Pro / Kugoo M2pro and that scooter is a beast of a scooter compared to The Hiboy Max I owned but sent back. Didn't like the locking mechanism .p.s and the size and weight of it. Battery was crap when battery was low .
Wait till you get a rear flat. The scooter works great but finding a place that services em is impossible. The valve stem on the rear wheel of my scooter came loose and it's impossible to get a tool in there to tighten the bolt that fastens the stem to the rim. As I write this my son and I are going to attempt to fix this valve stem by removing the rear wheel to gain access to the nut holding the stem. Wish us luck.
does hiboy support recommend anything at all? I got the scooter and am paranoid about getting flats and not knowing how to deal with them. I know hot to deal with a flat on a bike, but no clue how to deal with scooters. And I don’t know somebody who does lol.

Honestly, they are pretty much the same scooter, so get whichever you can get at a better price. I managed to get a $680 deal on the S2 Max and I love it so far. If I got a similar deal on a Ninebot, I would’ve went with it.

I liked the both, the Niu is more techy, this is just a basic scooter but both ride and feel the same, depends if you want a techy look or more basic design
May I ask where those trails are? I'm in Arizona. To me, that looks like New Mexico. And also, I weigh 125. Do you think I could make those inclines at my weight, the ones that couldn't carry you?
My issue is that customer support is non-existent. This maybe a great scooter but their customer service is nonexistent. No matter how good the product is the lack of attention and response is appalling for todays day and age.
Hey everyone, I just got the hiboy ks4 pro and the app initially linked to the scooter without an issue. After riding it only two times the app has to research for the scooter and is unable to find it. I tried looking up how to fix this, but had no luck. Any recommendations?

This is an excellent upgrade from the Hiboy S2, I can't wait to purchase one myself, Hiboy makes the best e-scooters
just bought one,. put a quik 25 klm on it didnt even use half the juice and had a huge amount of fun,. im 36 and weigh at least 200 all year round.
How does it handle hills on a 10-15% incline?

It will hit 40 miles if you ride in eco mode where there are not a lot of hills, if its not too windy, and if you are under 160 lbs.

How you liking it so far ? I’m a little heavier and gets me up hills no issues . Def would take more speed but I got a seat and with tax paid 688$ .

FYI the advertised range is always half of manufacturer specs, this is due to lots of variations compared to what's being tested with manufacturers

This scooter or niu kqi3 pro im torn between to two whats better since u have reviewed both
Niu is not as good as u think. I have the kqi3 pro and the range is more like 20-25 kilometres and there some minor issues with the breaks.
