Thankyou so much for this! I have been trying to find the right workout for my prolapse and 57 year old body, and this one was perfect..I feel like I now have a good starting point to regain strength, flexibility and muscle tone ❤🎉
Oh Beth. This was just what I needed to get back into Pilates. I ended my membership at a local facility (due to cost) and haven't been actively doing pilates. I so needed this basic class to remind me the importance of body movement and breath. I loved being a Trifecta member during COVID and this class brought back memories of your expertise in teaching Pilates. I am back !

Oh, Beth, this class was amazing! I’ve been in PT for the last two months for a cranky iliosacral joint and still finding movement to help it and lessen my discomfort. I follow you and found this class today; I really let my (generally impatient) body move thoughtfully and breathe through the exercises and it was like a small miracle of movement. I got off the mat feeling so aligned and peaceful. I will be adding this to my regular routine. Thank you for your continued commitment to focused classes and total-body care ❤

Engaging and very beneficial for my lower back and pelvis! I have been stretching that area often because it feels tight and strained. The diaphragmatic breathing is a win for me! Thank you Beth!
