- These ULTRA-easy, melt-in-your-mouth peanut butter blossoms have lots of peanut butter flavor and a big kiss of chocolate right in the middle. Peanut butter and chocolate are a match made in heaven, add cookies into the mix and everything’s coming up roses!

My son and I made these today. This cookie is really special because my mom and I used to make them every holiday season, but I never got her recipe. She passed away in September and this recipe has helped me get a little more into the holiday spirit. Thanks so much for sharing ❤

½ cup of unsalted butter softened
3/4cup quarters of smooth peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup of brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg room temp
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking powder
Sanding sugar
Hershey kisses

One of my grandmothers was big on this. I liked it too, but I was more about some butter & jelly!!! Especially on toast. Yum.
I love making these types of cookies. But instead of putting the cookie back in the oven after adding the chocolate, we just let the cookie bake for the amount needed, then add the chocolate. After the chocolate has bene on there for about thirty seconds or so, we press down on it again to secure the chocolate in the cookie. I think it makes a very satisfying look to the chocolate kiss and it makes it so the chocolate doesn't pop out after your first bite!
This is my go to recipe for peanut butter blossom cookies. Today I used Andes mints instead of kisses and the combination is magical! I’m excited to enter these cookies into our county fair to see how they do.

My mother used Brach's chocolate stars when I was a kid. I like using those. Probably are not better, but it is tradition.

I just made these and they are perfect!! I ended up running out of kisses, so for some I used a half teaspoon and made a small weld in the middle and put in some chopped peanuts and finished baking. They are wonderful as well!! Thanks for the recipe!

We make these every year. Last time I actually tried them with the hershey hugs instead. They lose their shape of course, but they tasted great with the peanut butter cookies :)

Oh wow! I’ve made these cookies for years, they’re my favorite! I bake them through then add the kisses at the end but I’ve never rebaked them…new to me but I’m going to try your way this weekend when my granddaughter and I are baking our cookies!
