When I was a child my mom made these cookies with chocolate Stars from Brachs. I think she did that because it was more economical. But we loved them all the same. I never made them with Hershey's kisses until I had my own kids.
Hi Laura! I love that story! What a sweet memory. And happy to hear that you carried it on with your children ❤️ Thanks for watching and happy holidays, marie
Loved reading your comment. My mom passed away two years ago and she always used to say “Woo hoo! Woo hoo!” I’ve missed that, so it made me happy to see it in your comment ❤️ Thank you. Gosh I miss her so much.
@@marieskitchen One of the biggest reasons I was drawn to your channel to stay was because of my Mom. Her name was Marie and she lived in the kitchen. How blessed are we ?? My Mom has been gone nearly 25 yrs and obviously we are still drawn to things, words and people because of the beautiful memoires that never leave us. Thank God for memories Marie and Woo hoo. So glad I found you, I miss my Mom Marie every day and Woo hoo that I am here for as long as you cook. God bless us. xx
Hi Monika! Great question! I have not tried with almond butter but that sounds really delicious! I’ll let you know if I get a chance to try it. Thanks so much for watching ❤️, Marie
I made these years ago and had my granddaughter, then 4, unwrap the kisses. I must not have watched her very closely because she bit the tips off all the kisses. 😊
Hi Diane! Oh I love that story so much 😂 Sounds like something my own kids would do! Thanks so much for watching and please stay tuned for more new videos soon 💖, Marie
Perfect timing! I’m making these today. 🤗
Wonderful! Hope you enjoy them Cassandra! Happy holidays, marie

So I made this and they are kinda dry tasting is that normal. Think I’ll try again and add an egg.
