You tricked us into doing the "Perfect Legs Workout" at 14:28!!!???!!!! WHAAAAAT, Cassey? Why???!!!! Haha! Then all those abs moves and the most dreaded earthquake - by the way, I found that the song at the end was the perfect one to do the move. My body is so trembling right now!!
I have no idea if you're planning on making other 20-30ish minute long workouts, well, maybe it takes a lot of time, but if you do, that would be great, I always find them refreshing for some reason.

Hi Casey l love your videos after a long hospital stay of five months they said led never walk. I have poly neouropathy And ended with having a osteomy. I watched your video of exercises on the hotel bed. And l started to adapt your moves into my exercises. Now lm walking no aids still hav3 the other two things l mentioned. So l carnt get my legs over my head l used to be able to lol. I told my neurologist about your sight and how l get rid of body cramp s . I am so excited to follow you . Edit: 2 consecutive ab workouts is killer but I had an easier time doing this one than January 25th's (Extreme Abs, 25 minutes) workout. How about everyone else?

personally I would never stick to it if it was the same thing daily, that's why I prefer the calendar... but do whatever suits you :)

i get it. I don't do the same thing daily, but when i use the calendar I don't feel comfortable. I like picking my own everyday and i don't like to be restricted. So everyday I say I will target this and this and find videos of blogilaties channel of course and i do it.

im so new at this, at more than currently 200 + pounds. so this year I've been working out. I usually walk on the treadmill for 50 m8nutes then find one of your beginner Pilates and do it. even if I can't do everything. im trying. good job lady. im working out three to four days a week

I honestly wish I did. But I put work first and stopped working out. But I'm starting over this year and hoping to do every workout for this entire year! It's going to be hard but I want to do it.
Cassey, I must say that I've been doing POP Pilates for 7 months now which is so much commitment for me, but I am so proud that I am able to have this opportunity to work out with you. It's truly a blessing to be able to work out and feel good about myself. I haven't even been doing POP Pilates for one year and I've already seen so much results! This workout was the perfect thing for me when I was feeling upset and anxious. I pushed harder than I ever have, all because I realized that I'm stronger than the fear that was challenging me. Thank you Cassey!
Ok... Just saying I'm doing the new beginner's calendar, and I tried doing this workout yesterday and it killed, so I stopped after 15 minutes and did the next 15 minutes today. I couldn't even do all of the moves, but I tried! It's taking me more than 28 days to complete the calendar but I'm trying to tell myself it's OK, as long as I don't give up :)

My abs maybe super weak lol. I can't do the last move even if I try to lift my lower body with my arms I still can't lift it all the way back

So My husband and I are currently separated due to border closures, I was going to join him in NZ in March, but ja 2020 happened. Getting to the point my hubby hasn't seen me other than facetiming since Jan2020 and since then I have lost over 20 kg's and lost most of the jiggly parts of my body. I am currently the fittest and strongest I have ever been in my life and that is because of people like you Cassey that made it possible and encouraged me. During this journey, I have followed a few different fitness influencers, but you are by far my favourite and pushed me the most. Well, my husband sure has a bit of a surprise when we are reunited.

honesty i feel so bad about myself right now😂 I tried doing the 28 day reset with you Cassey, but the craving were REAL! the first day I had a nice smoothie for breakfast, then passed by Chipotle and gave up. That's what i had for lunch that day
If you have the salad bowl at chipotle or even the brown rice bowl at chipotle you're good! just don't get the cheese and sour cream. It;s ok, you can start again at any time!
blogilates yeah i had both cheese and sour cream, but I may try to start again now😄 I've been having healthy smoothies for breakfeast everyday since though😋
I get you. I got my friend and I to try it. But I passed by pizza hut. We r trying again this month shes going to move and we wont to do one last fun thing together though
Try adding cooked oatmeal to your breakfast smoothie and it'll make it less runny and more like a meal so it'll fill you up more in the mornings.
I completely underestimated how difficult this workout would be... The first time trying it, I only made it 15 minutes.... I was NOT prepared. I tried it again two days later and completed it, but I was completely destroyed! My legs were trembling and my whole body ached the next day. I'm sure I looked a hot a** mess doing it. I am now challenging myself to get through this workout until I can manage to complete it gracefully with flawless form. Definitely recommend this video for a good, sweaty at home workout. Fantastic an, butt, and thigh workout.

29 june 2020. this video itself felt like 4 videos.
I remember the first time I did this, I felt like a seal flopping around everywhere and I quit at 10min. But today, my form is so much better, and I’m stronger, I was able to do all 30min! The only moves that I truly couldn’t do were the rollovers at the end but it’s something to work up to! 💜 this was a result of doing Cassey’s workout calendar and some other stuff for about 2yr now! 👌😍
I am a newbie here (starting with a calendar workout!) and I was sad I wasn’t flexible in some moves especially the last one but you made me gain some hope in being better!

I’m dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety than my mind is creating, and more so when that happens I think to do these Pilates videos and whatever is on the workout camel fat for the day. Really helps me realize that I can do anything I put my mind to, even if I fail and have setbacks along the way. I took a few breaks but not bad for not doing Pilates consistently! I think I did pretty well!
