Okay this video did far more for me than increase my heart rate!! About half way through I noticed that your thighs jiggle and I just stopped. I have admired you for years, and I have always thought you were gorgeous and my goal body. I am currently in recovery from an eating disorder and my thighs have always been something I have hated about myself because of the fact that they jiggle, but I suddenly realised that if Cassey's thighs do that and I adore them, why the hell am I beating myself up over mine? So, not only do you help me with my physiological recovery, but you may well have just helped me with my psychological recovery as well. Thank you so much.
Caity everyone’s thighs jiggle! :) even the actress who played Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) her thighs jiggled in the movie, and she got some backlash for that. But she’s literally super toned! So even if you are super toned, ur thighs may jiggle and that’s ok!! So much good luck on your recovery :)

Not only is it apartment friendly but it's great for someone who needs low impact! I want to lose weight but I have lupus and my joints hurt so the traditional cardio workouts that involve a lot of jumping end up causing the type of pain that has no gain. I'm also too embarrassed for my family to know that I'm trying to exercise so I'm trying to wake up early and do it in my bedroom. The only problem I have with the video is when you're on the floor because putting my hands on the floor like that really hurts my wrists . . . but that's what painkillers are for so as long as I don't have to write a test in school I'm ok with suffering!!! Thank you so much for these videos! (If you have any other low impact videos for a teen trying to lose weight I'd love to be directed to them . . . thanks)!
Are you sure you position your hands correctly? I realize my wrists hurt when I tuck them too close or afar from parallel from my shoulders. I hope you have had great workouts from then on!

I know these videos are old but the silent cardio are my favorites! I hate going to the gym because I’m so self conscious, so I like to work out at home but I’m on the second floor of an apartment. These videos are great for getting my heart rate up without my being uncomfortable or being a bad neighbor!
I just sat down after this workout and my legs and hips are still pulsing but I still want to get up and do it again. Please do more of these apartment friendly cardio workouts. I'm in love and it doesn't sound like a herd of elephants anymore. 😂 love this so much.

This workout once helped me so freaking much, back in 2019 I would do it regularly and I eventually lost a lot of weight and built better stamina thanks to this, my body got more flexible as well. Well, it's 2023 now and I've gained A LOT during the last 2-3 years (especially during pandemic) and my stamina is non-existent so I decided to "go back to the roots" and start it all over again 😁

I have been doing this workout for almost two weeks now, along with another apartment friendly workout, and have lost an inch an a half on my waist, which is more than I have lost doing any other workout for the same amount of time. Thanks to the high energy and high motivation the Cassey has in her videos, I have been able to stay consistent. To any body else who is doing this, don't feel down when you don't see immediate results cause every body is different, progress will vary on your determination and of course your body
This is, hands down, the best cardio work out. It's fun, girlish and I can do it right beside my bed. The pulses at the end KILL ME EVERY SINGLE TIME, I am covered in sweat, yet I don't have the feeling of getting a blackout any minute like I have while doing burpees. So just love, love, LOOOOOVE IT!
I broke my right foot a few months ago and I was too scared to get back on track and work out at the gym. I ended up in the worse shape of my life until now. I'm super grateful for these videos I can do at home on my yoga mat. Getting back into shape has never felt easier and more fun.

Year after year, I have tried and failed miserably at having a fitness routine. I'm lazy. I hate working out. And I recently thought that maybe the problem is that every time I commit, I commit to this very long workout routine at the gym that occupies such a large portion of time that I come up with any excuse in my mind not to do it. I recently read a bunch of articles that discussed the benefits of 10 minute workouts. I live in an apartment so I tried to use that as an excuse but that's why I'm here. I'm all out of excuses. no going to the gym, no 60 minute commitment, no loud noises. Thank you so much for uploading this. I mixed it up with stand up back workout along with jumping ropes 550 times which I did it before starting this. Omg! I'm sweaty as hell and I'm feeling so relaxed... I have lost so much of weight after following your workouts. Thank you so much Cassey, your weightless workouts are amazing. Waiting for the day till I reach my goal ❤

Anyways! My balance was almost perfect! It gets hard when you're trying to speed up though. I'm really proud of myself for doing this whole video even if my thighs burn.

I haven’t done cardio in forever because I was scared that I might have lost my strength, but I did it and I am even stronger now from all the other workouts I do. It just goes to show how our mental states can totally keep us from doing our bests. Thank you Cassey! 💛

Thanks a ton Cassey! I regularly do UA-cam workouts and my body had gotten used to the monotony. I wasn't even sweating anymore.
