I had to do each move in 10-15 seconds intervals with breaks in between, I thought I was the problem and it really discouraged me so I’m glad to know that I wasn’t the only one suffering. Thanks guys 😂
Woman you are unreal!! I took 100+ breaks after each round. Kept looking at the clock, did modifications, and could not utter a word throughout. While you made it look so easy, kept distracting us, and yet did it flawlessly. I am truly amazed at your strength and flexibility - If only someday I can attain that. Thank you for your hard work.
Even though sometimes I try other people’s workouts on UA-cam, I come back daily to Cassey and have been since 2014! I’ve never been so loyal to any workouts! Can’t believe it’s been 7 years girl! You make me feel the best! So grateful to have found your channel and to find someone that I vibe with in the fact that I enjoy being girly at times and finding these graceful but extremely challenging and life-changing workouts! Lol i used to do the same years ago between 17 and 22 years and before kids.I'm over 35 and things are hiring. Stretching and great definitely gross muscles warm up. The deep stretching for few days prior to a workout is important for endurance and flexibility and very recovery as a good diet

Did anyone else have to pause to stretch out the opposite glute???? And I had to go on to one elbow because the wrists were screaming! Great workout as usual. It is my goal this week to be able to do this without having to pause to stretch out the hamstrings.... Kudos to anyone who went straight through like Cassey!
Proud of myself because I hiked 6 miles yesterday and felt really weak today but i persevered and finished anyway despite how painful it was☺️ thank you Cassey for being you and always being so positive and caring about us! You are the reason I got into Pilates and working out for fun 7 years ago when I was only 16 and going through a lot of painful mental health stuff. I did competitive gymnastics most of childhood and adolescence so I was taught that fitness was a punishment and was supposed to be painful (not a good type of pain I’m talking being forced to put tape over a quarter sized blister on my hand and continuing to do bars or pushing through pain till I had multiple healed stress fractures by the time I quit), but then I found your videos and I still do them years later and love fitness and baking/ cooking, these are my favorite things to do. We love you Cassey! Keep being you💕💕
Me and not happy. This is too advanced for day 3. She even says it is the toughest level for a previous challenge!!!! I did it but was pretty much aggravated and had to take too long of breaks to even break a sweat.
I am! I know it is frustrating that it's such a high level for day 3 and I wish there were modifications. I was feeling so down today and not motivated at all. Took me over an hour to finish, but slow and steady wins the race. I may not have done every move perfectly but that's okay. It's also okay to pick a different butt video and do that. It's a 21 Day Tone Challenge so just do something that feels challenging for you but not impossible!! We got this y'all!
I really love Cassey! She's the best for me. I appreciate how she does the entire workout routine it is like she's my workout buddy (virtually). And the stories she tells while doing the workout just makes you listen to her and forget the FACT that your glutes are burning. Love you Cassey!!!
Im a typically very strong person who needs to add weights just to feel like I got a real workout. I did this at work, a little bummed I didn’t have weights. Now I’m so glad I didn’t because this murdered me

Omg those last 4 moves! We got to single legged bridges and I was like.. "okay, just this and then we'll switch sides." Then you said, single legged bridge drop and I about cried for the rest of the video.
Yeahhhh I had to take a few mini breaks on that single leg bridge drop, that was insane! Maybe next time I can push through but I was about to fall over!
I'm literally shaking...Every time I see this video in the Blogilates calendar I know I'm gonna be so dead after doing this but the way you just fly through it Cassey is commendable...& this time when I could hold that last bridge section for longer than before I truly felt I conquered the world ! day 3 of the 21 day challenge and tbh I'm not too happy with how I was today as my form was off, I took a lot of breaks and I couldn't carry on without refilling my water. But that's only temporary, because I know that I will hopefully be able to become stronger overtime. Anyone feeling the way I do, please know you are not alone and you will do better as time goes on. My hamstrings used to crash while doing a single legged bridge. After doing your calendars for a couple months, I can do it without a problem! Thank you Cassie!
I love this workout, however, I have a disabled left arm due to a splintered radius and ruined wrist 3 years ago, and I cannot support my weight on that arm. What I'd love to see is a series of workouts with you and someone else showing modified versions of these kinds of workouts! I LOVE your workouts, but I can't do a lot of them! Just a thought, and idea! Thanks, Cassey, for your great workouts!
For most of these you can bend your elbows and support yourself on your forearm/elbows. You could also prop your forearms on something soft (low chair or sofa)or with pillows with your injured wrist overhanging the front to take weight off it it. This would also add some height so you would be more in a position as if you were on your hands.
I love how she talks while she is working out cause it really distracts me. I almost forgot that I was doing an excercise because I was listening to her. Although I did not stop doing the excercise! SHE IS OFFICIALLY MY FAV WORKOUT UA-camR!!!
If you’re here from the 21 day tone challenge and are a total beginner (like me), might I suggest you alternate your legs with every exercise instead of doing all of them on one leg and then switches to the other one? It helps 😅 and maybe take a 10-15 second break between exercises. I love to use this time to see what I’m supposed to do since I have no clue. Still started dripping with sweat by the third move but at least I finished the video this way 🎉

December 1! I had to add tons of modifications to be able to finish but I'm still proud of myself! Don't give up if the video is too hard right now! WOW. This is my first time doing this video and I can’t lie I drew the line at the single legged bridge moves! But I made it all the way to that point and my glutes were SHAKING. I’m still proud of myself and thanks for the encouragement at the end, Cassey! I was surprised at how much my stabilizing glute was DYING! I loved it!

We were actually planning to go to Japan in March/April 2020 but because work was so busy, I couldn’t take the days off, so I guess that was a silver lining 😳 Also I’d love to see a “What I Eat in a Week” video from you Cassey! I have totally done that after this video AND her brutal booty workout...I'm reading these comments to gear me up, as this is on the calendar for my Wednesday workout tomorrow morning...those single leg bridges are NO joke. But then following them with the single leg bridge leg drop ...yea literally crying like a baby when I finish!
First time doing this workout, and I had to rest for like 10 seconds between each move AND once (or twice) in the middle 😂 I thought I was fit, but I guess I’m more “skinny fat” than fit. Try doing fists on the ground to give your wrists a break!
Taking a break and modifying is nothing to be ashamed of!!! The most important thing is to not give up... and sometimes a little break is all we need!

What I'd love to see is a series of workouts with you and someone else showing modified versions of these kinds of workouts! I LOVE your workouts, but I can't do a lot of them! Just a thought, and idea! Thanks, Cassey, for your great workouts!
For most of these you can bend your elbows and support yourself on your forearm/elbows. You could also prop your forearms on something soft (low chair or sofa)or with pillows with your injured wrist overhanging the front to take weight off it it. This would also add some height so you would be more in a position as if you were on your hands.

If you’re here from the 21 day tone challenge and are a total beginner (like me), might I suggest you alternate your legs with every exercise instead of doing all of them on one leg and then switches to the other one? It helps 😅 and maybe take a 10-15 second break between exercises. I love to use this time to see what I’m supposed to do since I have no clue. Still started dripping with sweat by the third move but at least I finished the video this way 🎉

I did this with 1.5kg leg weights. It was SO HARD I wanted to cry but I CRUSHED IT and now I feel amazing, thank you!
I literally cried, scremed and felt like dying when I did this. Had to pause sooooo many times. When Cassey said "EXTREME", you'd better believe it!
I did every workout for 3 mins but really didn't know that I was digging my own grave . Love you Cassey and I don't think any other fitness influencer can continuously talk while acing the workouts .

December 1! I had to add tons of modifications to be able to finish but I'm still proud of myself! Don't give up if the video is too hard right now! One day I hope to finish this entire video with no modifications!
My modifications:
Switched legs after each move
Bridge pulses- I pulsed as long as I could and then did full range
Single leg lifts- I kept doing single leg bridge, this time with ankle crossed over opposite knee

WOW. This is my first time doing this video and I can’t lie I drew the line at the single legged bridge moves! But I made it all the way to that point and my glutes were SHAKING. I’m still proud of myself and thanks for the encouragement at the end, Cassey! I was surprised at how much my stabilizing glute was DYING! I loved it!
It was freaking intense and insane, but so proud of myself i kind of matched with Cassey, Ur very inspiring woman

I did each move for only 1 minute and rested for 30 seconds and I made it through the whole video. Although I'm dead lol. I'll try to lessen the resting time each time i do this video.

We were actually planning to go to Japan in March/April 2020 but because work was so busy, I couldn’t take the days off, so I guess that was a silver lining 😳

Hiii! I know you probably won't see this, but I figured I would put it here just in case! I'm in my late teens, and have done yoga for about a year regularly (no joke, it's SO hard) so I figured I would try this as my first home workout, and it was hard, put on par with my yoga stuff, so I'm glad I chose you! Gonna do this regularly to stay healthy

@blogilates: Day 15 of 21 Days Challenge. After doing the regular workout ( which is super hard in its own rights!!!) I decided to add this as a second workout FOR FUN!!! And let me tell you this: before this challenge I was a legit potato couch. I went from absolute ZERO to doing two complex workouts a day and feeling super energised :)! Please, be proud of me ❤️❤️❤️

I’m on vacation and not doing my regular workouts, and decided to pop on a at home workout 🏋️♀️ am I ever glad I choose yours, I love the talking through out to get us through it.
