What is up with the bracket you guys did for the inner cooler? Maybe im lacking an over all view of where it went. But it looks like maybe half the inner cooler is behind the crash bar. What if you shorten the bracket and bring the cooler about 6 inches. Seems then only 10 % or so would be behind the crash bar. Ahh just thinking ..ahhh how about doing some breathing holes in the bumper cover and the crash bar ?? I know about 8 guys just cringed at the thought of cutting holes in a bumper cover. Well im one of those function over form first guys.

Gee do ya think im watching this video? You are doing a great job very very nice pacjage. But of course i have another question. I personally have had the idea of a pump for the oil but i had it for a rear mount turbo where it would have its own 2 qrt resv. Have the oil exit the bottom of the turbo and then into the pump up into the trunk or hatch area where it would feed into a 2 qrt reservoir and then gravity feed back into the turbo. Of course to really take advantage of the idea maybe run it through a small trans cooler then into the reservoir. Hopefully by doing that you keep the over all temp down on both sides of the turbo. And im sure but i think the turbo oil would run hotter than the motor oil so by keeping that oil from going back into the motor it would run cool. That is my thought anyway ?? much higher temp
Ok i have a question. What is the ported intake worth in hp #'s vs a nonported intake. ? I would think match porting on both sides of the head, and the throttle body ( yes i know a lot more work) would be a much better investment for horse power, gas millege and over all efficiency. The ported intake can be over come with another half pound of boost. As to the match porting of the throttle body to intake , intake to intake port and exhaust port to headers is to me a better mod maybe explain this to your customer and see if he would be game on doing a couple of pulls on the dyno before and after .
Port matching and porting is always going to make power. The more you do to make it all match the better your flow and the kore efficient power you get
I understand the engines are assembled differently in the stang than taurus but if I were to ship my awd 15 taurus out to Florida would this kit be do able ?

I've sold my stock manifold when I purchased a set of BBK long tubes will there any difference in power gains if you ditch the stock ones to a bbk shorties?

2 things, 1. Please cut the zip ties sideways. Cutting them flat with the width makes the edges sharp, cut them sideways please as a safety measure. 2. Heat guns are cheap. Order one online and do the heat shrink right. You are installing a 5k turbo kit, using a 99 cent bic lighter.
2 things. 1. Flush cuts dont leave them sharp. 2. Heat is Heat. We have heat guns but most dont. Showing how to do it without a Heat gun is for the customers installing at home. Also it works just as well.

None. A stock car works great. Ported intakes are really the only thing wed suggest
