Dude this installer is a beast. I am glad you made a video of the fuel pump upgrade. I plan on adding this to my S550 Ecoboost. Do you by chance know the best way about adding E85? Is it as easy as upgrading the High Pressure Fuel Pump?

I have to ask, When do you know that you should have a motor built ?and how about do I get a built motor from you guys the engine building part of youre page is a little confusing.
I think you should advised people to plug the air intake holes with paper towels, or rag so that those fuel rail nuts ( or hatever) that was removed ,do not accidentally fall in the intake and ruin a perfectly good day! ;)
You should have blown off the intake first before removing it and then after removal vacuumed around the injectors before removing them to keep the dirt out. And I would have put a rag over the intake openings to keep stuff from going down the intake. Nothing worse then having dropped something in the intake and not knowing it till start up.
As soon as we can get moved into our new shop and get everything out of storage kits will start shipping again. More than likely late July early August.
When tuning the low mount kit, is there a significant power increase with e85 compared to a 91 tune ? I’m doing the fic 1000s with the dw400 pump upgrade.
Is there any way to install the pump higher and/or add protective covers/skid plate? My car is not lowered, but the roads in Canada are BAD. That fuel pump would be gone on the first speed bump and there are dividers on residential roads to prevent an angled approach.
Well your fuel pump is in the fuel tank. I assume you're talking about the oil pump. Yes you can put it in a different location or you can upgrade to an air Cooled oil less comp turbo. Then you have no oil lines and no pump.

How much power could i squeeze out with e85, an upgraded driveshaft, and those same 1000cc injectors and fuel pump? Im looking to make atleast 500 or more, is there anything else i would need?
On applications where we have an oil catch can on the manifold. Are we just going to eliminate it completely? Also for the opening on 1:36:00 do we leave that as is? Or capping the tube?

Is there a torque spec for when tightening the turbo back up? 3. I don’t see the turbo bracket to car bolts, what is the size for them so I can run to Home Depot and get a set? 4. What is the true limit of this kit, I know you mentioned it’s designed for 450, but what if you add ported intakes, a throttle body, and 50-50 E85 and 93? 5. No boost gauge?

The boost gauge reads constantly around 6 to 7 psi but when I check the peak boost it says 11.2 psi , so if the constant boost is 7 psi and i want to run 10 that means that i can increase boost even though when i check the peak redings it says more?
Hello from germany :) thank you for the awesome informative tutorial! Nice work and awesome kit! I dont have the kit but i have to change the sparkplugs soon. In germany we use "newtonmeter" instead of "foot pounds" so i have to convert the showed values for me :) by 41:13 you used "foot pounds" but by 45:11 you used "inch pounds" do i understand correct?
Will you guys ever look into getting this kit CARB certified? This looks like the only way to get a 3.7 boosted legally in California since STS makes CARB legal rear mount kits for other vehicles

That pump in the back sits really low. Has anyone had issues with speed bumps or anything like that ? It seems like one wrong move and you’d seriously damage that pump

For the turbo piping, you should’ve run 1 inch two of them and then coupling together underneath the vehicle

For the eco you need the in tank pump, the hpfp, and Injectors

if you want over 600 rwhp you want a built motor.

Shouldn't be anything open when removing a fuel rail nut and the intake bolts don't come off the intake

Yes that is correct. some are ft lbs some are in lbs.

No the s197 kit is different

CARB is pretty extensive to get. We are still working on it.

Haven't had a single person hit the pump yet. Don't back over curbs or parking blocks and it will be fine.
