This is really great exercise in its simplicity
I used to play it with accenting the Bell with Right Hand on 1 to make it even harder for coordination 😇
Have you ever thought about doing live drumming song requests on twitch or UA-cam? Just curious, I think a lot of people would support you for sure
Always prefer the one foot blast. 2 foot is ok for energy conservation but it doesn't look cool to me and sounds sonically different. However double kick blasts at high speeds are pretty vicious.
@@tsalal7597 The biggest difference
double foot blast for high speeds only
God tier videos bro thanks so much
Salu2 desde Col, que chimba parcero.
@2:35 just a lil caterpillar dancing to the metronome
Great video as always, it's really cool when it's follow along!
I want to ask drummers, why do you prefer one foot blast beat rather than the double?
I'm currently learning how to do it both ways. double so my left leg can adapt to off beats & single for my right leg to practice impulse control. Overall there's no wrong way of doing blasts because it still delivers the same sound for the kick as long as we have the patience of the process.
One of the reasons might be that many times if the beat is not insanely fast the kick pattern becomes pretty slow and it's hard to get the same intensity to the kick with two feet going slow than one foot doing the job.
Of course you can practice that as well but that could be one reason.
How do you make your drums so quiet ?
video to left foot
I like playing hard to see by five finger death punch with one foot for a single foot warm up (i know its a shitty band but its a good warm up speed for me lol)
Hella shitty dude lmao spheres of madness by decapitated is the best warm up for me
