Great videos! All knowledge, no bs or trying to sell something. Do you ever go after gas stations/parking lots and if so, how does your sales and pricing change?

I do a few parking lots, hopefully soon dive into the gas stations part of it. The prices only change for the initial cleaning since that’s usually the dirtiest, then I give them quotes for monthly occurrences
I really enjoy your videos. I have a couple questions. First is about cleaning dumpster pads. Do you use a degreaser or anything other than SH? Next question is about your setup. Do you batch mix for your 12v softwash system or do you run everything from through 1 proportioner?
Yes I downstream degreasers! And I run that all through the proportioner (just SH)

@@MichaelElliott83 no just one, the output is only for SH, i downstream degreasers with my pressure washer
So the proportioner is only for your soft was system? Do you batch mix for your pressure washer downstream?@@kurtspressurewashing
@@MichaelElliott83 yes just my softwash system, I just put the end of the downstream injector into a bucket of degreaser and go from there. No batch mixing

Hi, yes I am. I always upcharge the first cleaning by maybe a few hundred bucks since that will be the dirtiest it will be. Then I give them a price for a monthly follow up that will be continued

4.2.24 Kurt, how did you build the proportioning valve setup? Did you do a video on it?

Love the videos!! Just curious, I’m looking into commercial as well, would you be able to say how you’re paid for commercial? Is it monthly? Or after the job is done?
Depends what the project is, if it’s dumpster pads, it’s monthly. I just send them the bill or they just send me the money since they know it’s monthly as well. If it’s yearly I always just bill them after the job

That is something i will be purchasing this winter, it is not needed although. You can always downstream degreasers

not a must but definitely great to have
What kinda pump is on your pressure washer cat pump ?
It’s a everflow 12v 5.5 pump!

Oh! its a direct drive pump. As long as the tank is about half full it will have no problem pulling water@@joshcagle6035
Do I need insurance to pressure wash dumpster pads?
No, but I recommend it once you start doing bigger projects like buildings
