I consult for a large hospital network doing all of their exterior graphics and signage. I actually fell into offering pressure washing service to them. After watching a couple of youtube videos, I approached my contact and asked if they wanted the front of their building cleaned before we install the graphics. Purchased the best equipment and that job paid for everything. Now we're getting ready to do a huge job for the hospital plus the parking garage area. I took a shot in the dark and charged $18k. I have now added what was originally an add on side hustle, to being part of a huge chunck of nice profit. AND IN CALIFORNIA LOL.

I just realized you’re right down the road from me I’m right over in southeastern Indiana. Come spring time I hope to get my setup all together and start busting ass to get to where I want. Thanks for all the help you offer.

Putting bids in on those first big jobs is nerve racking lol. I Just put one in for $77,000 for one building. spent probably 2 weeks going over my bid and looking the property over before i turned it in. its about 2-3 weeks worth of work. but it does seem to get easier the more you do. Thankfully washing overhead really isn't that bad and its just time estimation that is what costs you.

Hard to believe this cost $13k. Buildings like this normally have a maintenance crew that could do it for $30 per hour instead of $1000 per hour. Also, isnt there spray and leave it washes you can get that would keep working all year?

My thoughts exactly. $13k for that?!. He may have won the battle, but he will most likely lose the war. I'd be shocked if the owner of that building refers him to others after seeing the work they put in for $13k. Rather disgraceful in my opinion.
