    I just picked one of these cars up and rolled down the back window and...”clunk”. It fell down into the door. Same piece broke on mine. Thank you for the info on the replacement slides!!!!

      Thanks Alan, happy to help. If you haven’t ordered the part yet, get twoI The window on the other side of my car went a few days ago and I should get the part tomorrow. (I should have ordered two)

      Thanks, I’m glad you liked it. That was my first video,. Probably would have done things a bit different now. Being a frugal guy I like to save money whenever I can. It was UA-cam videos that saved me cash and inspired me to put my own video out. If you are into small foundry work, casting or lampworking, check out our other videos. Thanks again.

    What is the name of the part

    • @scottwoodresearch
      @scottwoodresearch  3 роки тому +1

      Hey Alan, the part is the’ rear window regulator slider. At 10:20 in the video you can see the part and where I got it from. I couldn’t find the OEM plastic one, but I figured why put in something I know will fail. Saw the aluminum two piece, perfect. Thanks for asking and for watching! Peace

    If you repaired my way you would have been one and done.
