I feel like it’s a heavenly sign that you uploaded this recipe just in time. Only thing I’m changing is different cuts of beef (bone in leg, chuck and bone in rib) as well as using whole cumin. I also saw some recipes use chili in adobo and beef stock which I’m gonna add. Man I’m so stupidly excited!!!

1:34 Still having trouble getting my hands on that 2 million yr old water😕 pretty much all of the offers at my local stores only do 1 million yrs or less, so would that still work for this recipe? I feel like as a kid there always used to be a market for well aged waters, now it all feels like it’s designed to meet the bare minimum for as cheap as possible. When I was younger I didn’t even consider 2mil to even be old, now it feels ancient. If folks don’t raise their standards companies won’t even bother actually getting their hands on this stuff. I probably sound a little too elitist but I gotta say I respect you for keeping the culture alive🫡

Grew up eating birria tacos. My mom is from mexico and we both prefer cow. Goat has too much of a gamey taste for our liking. We always felt the cow meat was better.

@ It was really great! Should’ve added more water as the sauce was a little too thick but beyond that it was dreamy and everything I wished for.
