I loooove this! Maddie, your workouts are just everything! I have become such a fan in the last year. The only thing that stops me from joining the app is the fact that I would have to look at my phone during the workout. The screen is just too small. I’ve started to do pilates almost daily and I noticed that in this workout the squats were much harder than before but all the core and tabletop exercises were much easier😄
I only had a set of 5 and 8 pound dumbbells. The 5 pounds was very humbling (aka I was dying)😂
Love this full body workout. Was a little hard on the wrists but enjoyed it anyway. Love the way you explain how to do it right and give us options ❤❤❤🇨🇦
