    Thanks for sharing another 30 minute full body sculpting workout I just got done doing a 30 minute full body sculpting workout no jumping no equipment and now I'm going to do these that you are doing a 30-minute full body sculpting workout mad fit app I did it I love it thanks for sharing this workout UA-cam video I can't believe I can still do it I'm 63 years old I really appreciate please exercise videos UA-cam you have a blessed day from Terry

    I loooove this! Maddie, your workouts are just everything! I have become such a fan in the last year. The only thing that stops me from joining the app is the fact that I would have to look at my phone during the workout. The screen is just too small. I really hope that the MadFit App programs will find their way to a computer browser one day. You are the best, Maddie!

    Love this type of workout Maddie! I started doing your workouts at 20 weeks pregnant. I am now 37 weeks & love that your workouts are keeping me active (although I need to modify quite a bit these days!)

    I’ve started to do pilates almost daily and I noticed that in this workout the squats were much harder than before but all the core and tabletop exercises were much easier😄

    I only had a set of 5 and 8 pound dumbbells. The 5 pounds was very humbling (aka I was dying)😂
