I am 300 pounds…and I have fat liver disease…I did this with out pausing….and my floor is dripping with sweat I am trying to fight to get my liver back on track…because I need to live for my little girl…my liver is in the yellow I am one step away from going in to cirrhosis…I want to live for her so thank you for making it easy for me…and being autistic it was very easy to follow…thank you thank you ❤I can’t wait to start dropping pounds
Look up the liver cleanse by Zen Cleanz!! I don’t love the word “cleanse” due to its trendy nature but this is something else. I’ve done it myself, it’s amazing

A long time ago I started madfit workouts and got so much stronger, and at that point I used to do this as my sick workout- like an easy one when I had a cold. Then I got really sick and completely lost all my progress, and now I’m starting here again, had to take a break in the middle😢. But Maddie’s beginner workouts have gotten me so far before and I’ll get there again!

I’ve been watching you for years now, and I used to be able to do the high intensity workouts, but got out of staying active for a bit. I’m currently dealing with heart issues right now, and can’t do any kind of workouts that will make my heart go into palpitations. I started crying at the end of this, I was so happy I was able to make it through while getting a raise in heart rate, but not by too much. feels so good to sweat again, never knew how much I would miss it. Thank you so much for posting ❤
That sounds so similar to my story. I have a hormonal imbalance that restricts me from doing workouts that are too intense. I enjoyed this workout as I've been inactive for a few months
I love when you offer alternative moves for those of us that need them! Feels so much more inclusive but I still feel like I've pushed myself afterwards ❤

I started on my weight-loss journey last year and I became demotivated just before holiday season so I did gain a little bit of weight. In January I started from scratch... Eating clean and exercising. I came across ur vids while casually scrolling on this app, it's been a solid week of doing ur exercises and I feel amazing. A great workout to get a little sweaty while getting over a cold! I also love beginner-style workouts because I can actually focus on the muscles I’m working and not be flailing around just trying to do multi step exercises 😅 will definitely be looking for more of these!

Hi Maddie! Letting you know that I tried one of your other beginner exercises after 2 years of not exercising, and it was super effective. It was very hard for me to do as is without taking longer breaks, so I took longer breaks than the ones in the video and I was so proud to finish all of it. It took me 3 days to recover from the muscle soreness in my hamstrings, but I knew that meant it was a great and effective exercise. Your beginner workouts are not easy but they allow us to become our best selves. You're the home workout UA-cam channel that I TRUST! Thank you so much for your videos

Been following your workouts since I was 20 weeks pregnant. I’m now two weeks postpartum & this was a great workout to ease back in with! Only needed a break on the last superset & short enough to do while baby is sleeping!

i absolutely loved it! it makes any beginner sweat like they're training in hell, yet it is very achievable! i think that the combo of 20 minute length workout + short, straightfoward instructions WHILE doing the exercise really motivates me to get through the end of it, thanks maddie

First time I felt completely comfortable with a workout, definitely beginner friendly. I guess I'm starting to improve hehe. This will be good for light days when I don't really want to move but still want to get my sweat on.

Hey Maddie! I injured my hip(stress fracture) during a cross-country race a week ago and am not allowed to be running or playing sports during this time of recovery (4-6 weeks). I love staying active though since it is my therapy. This workout was easy on my hip (although I did have to skip a few exercises) and is the first full workout I have done during my recovery. Thank you for posting this, it really made me feel more accomplished and allowed me to be active without hurting myself further. ❤
Love this workout! im a type one diabetic and i found it hard to do long cardio workouts with drops in blood sugar. But this is perfect! Thank you for helping me get stronger!

I did this as a beginner and this one was okay for me. I think I'll try doing these beginner workouts for the next week (I'll try 4x a week) and then maybe I'll do one of the harder ones to see if I can even manage it. Thank you so much for making these. Took a break for a shoulder injury and thank goodness there is a workout to "start over"!
These are really great workouts for rebuilding strength , agility and endurance. I did my first weekend of years over the weekend and felt a major difference all through the day yesterday. So I am back again today! And will be committing to doing at least four or five of these per week. Thank you! This is just what I needed to get me back on track!
Did you find a difference in a specific period of time? I mean did it help noticeably in losing weight?

Ok I did this two days ago and my legs started BURNING yesterday and haven’t stopped. It felt like a good full body and I’m grateful I found it but how has no one mentioned their legs are like jelly the day after!? Is it just me!!?
sooooooo I just spotted the WARM UP and COOL DOWN video options underneath - mayyyyybe on a beginner video you could mention the importance of doing these. I am still walking up and down steps as though my legs are guitar strings
This was perfect as a get away from my desk and move for 10 minutes and then going back to work exercise.
