I like how they gave the chair its own mic
😂
“ *CREAK CREAK CREEEEEEAK SQUUUUEAK SQUEAK* !!!!”
LOL So it's not just me. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
lol thinking the same 😂😂
😂
So far I’m 25 minutes in and it seems like the main concern is this department keeping tabs on Gerloff.
*Am I understanding this right....A bunch of cops met for breakfast...gabbed and*
*gossiped and then one of them snitched on what they said about their bosses?*
*Like what happens in every job I've ever worked, but without the snitch reporting*
*back our conversations? Ludicrous* 🤔🤨
I believe some people at another table heard them talking about insulting a suspect to the point of getting them mad enough that they would have to tase them.
I think it was probably the woman with the dog who lodged a complaint because she was the only other person except for the two men who offered to pay for their breakfast and the waitress.
A civilian overheard the conversation and tattled.
@AlWorth9738 *Thank you...I was very*
*confused.* 🤓
@@suitejodiYou mean one of their bosses overheard cops being honest about how violent they like to be.
Remember ya, your co workers are not your buddies even when ya hang outta work too 😂
Exactly!!
NO cop is your friend, even if you're a cop too.
True if your co workers are cops😂
Regardless of how you hate cops don’t cover for people who don’t have enough respect to not drag you into their illegal activities or questions of breaking policy.
By virtue of being a criminal law and policy obviously don’t apply to you. I am not a fan of cops because they choose to target people who are easy by writing tickets or targeting people who are politically easy to target and kneel and bob to those who aren’t.
👏👏👏👏👏@@SeanConnoly
"Hey, I'm about to do a recorded interrogation. Someone bring me the loudest chair we have."
Lol, the farting chair
😂😂😂😂
😂
Lol fr tho smh
😂😂
He definitely tried to make it like the officer violated policy in the first meeting.
This feels like when your parents are divorced and you come back from visiting one of them and the parent wants to know “EVERYTHING” mommy/daddy said about the other 🤬🤣😡😂
Lmao 🤣 it sure does
😂
The attorney's ability to barely participate in this interrogation is impressive.
The attorney is from the police union. They are not allowed to speak, only observe the interrogation.
@@OWEN-CASH Thank you. Now it makes sense.
I zoomed in and he was playing Candy Crush.
He was not allowed to talk. They clearly stated that before 5 minutes into the interview
@@OWEN-CASHWow! I didn't know that. Then why are they there?
So funny. The interviewer tells the cop not to lie, but yet lied to him the prior day about violating a policy that he didn't actually violate. And then proceeds to lie and say he didn't mean for it to come off that way. Priceless stuff here.
This is like birds arguing about the other birds who are eating from the bird feeder
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣totally
Lmfao 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This was ridiculous this is retaliation at its best
That investigator needs investigated
Uh, why? F o o l
@@lizaltman1200 suk it
I think that was the point of the "survey". And, he found out about it through a witness at the restaurant and decided to get to the bottom of who, what, and why, by using their jobs against them. Hopefully, there is still an investigation cuz clearly there were things going on in the department that needed to be brought to light.
That officer DID comment about the policy and he WAS making an accusation of a violation of policy.
Sounds like the woman with the dog was the person likely to have lodged a complaint about their discussions.
Yes and yes
I agree, he totally said sick leave is still on duty. Which made it sound like he violated the policy
"Why didn't you show me the text yesterday." He told you about it but you didnt ask to see it.
This is just terrible, wtf he went to breakfast with his partner. LEO's really do not get paid enough for this sheet.
Maybe in your neck of the woods. Where I live cops make a shitload and write traffic tickets.
@@dukedematteo1995what’s the minimum and max for a shitload?
Just curious
I live in LA County. Cops here make 200K plus at retirement
@@bobbowie9350 WOW thats nice!
What's terrible is how he's lying to cover for his fellow cops.
Someone should have told this officer the number one rule of investigations: " if nobody talks, everybody walks".
This is all the chief insurgents have to do! Bullying and trying to find out who’s talking about who, give me a break they are sick. If they can’t bring their own department in the more respectful way how do they expect their employees to go out there and be respectful to them.
? ? They lie to the public and each other too all the time to put their prey off balance to extract the answers they want.
All LE talk way too much. They make jokes about real life things that would make you cringe. Or at least they used to before body worn cameras.
Well in reality that's what cops are. Former bullied little fellas
My ex husband now retired from Police use to say the hardest part of the job was who you worked with/who the hierarchy was in charge….the politics & ego. He’d much prefer at times to be dealing with “the bad guys”.
It's toxic af
Damn . That’s terrible
I can't believe I wasted my time on this.

Thank you so much ❤
It was a PRIVATE conversation, period.
What a waste if time.
This departments and mine
I have worked in an environment like this. Absolutely toxic leadership.
I feel bad for this cop , he just wanted something in his stomach to take pain killers, get well so he could be back to serving and protecting
Someone in that group is a mole for sure. I may not agree with some of the things they may or may not have said. But usually people that deal with HIGH STRESS/MORBID situations on a regular basis usually make light of them or often to help cope. And to get in trouble for some back handed comments that you’re having with coworkers while eating is crazy.
It's fargin' illegal!!
@jeannineharrelson1201 hush Karen
The interview must have taken place in the squeaky chair office.
Why is the person that’s been talked about in public, doing the interviewing? Something about this interview seems so inappropriate to me!
Omg ur on sick leave and u went to eat on ur own time??! How dare u
This is wrong. Absolutely retaliation. They are mad about the survey, period and he absolutely did lie to him saying he was on duty. If you're on leave then you're on leave and he knew he said otherwise.
Was this cop the only one investigated over the situation?!?!
They trend these guys to lie to the public all day long but when they lie to them, it’s a big problem🤣
A bad cop AND a bad liar smh tragic
You left us hanging! What happened in the end? Demotion? Kicked out?
The memory works differently when you're working vs having fun, I totally get it😒
The memory intentionally lies when it come to other cops.
@@hwirtwirt4500 Absolute fact!!
Whats the point of having his attorney there? Its a joke
Do some more research or rewind the video
The attorney is from the police union. They are not allowed to speak, only observe the interrogation.
The attorney acted like he didn't want to be there. He kept his head in the phone.
I don't get it. Mind your own business.
This is the most ridiculous and childish thing I’ve seen a police department do. What officers say about their supervisor outside of the office is their own business. I would’ve told this guy it’s none of his business and you’re not taking pics of my texts and if you wanna fire me over this, you’ll be hearing from my lawyer for retaliation! Bye ✌️
I’m ashamed for them
This is ridiculous IMO. Whoever reported them is a total Karen.
It's no wonder that there are moral issues within this department.
Every department.
Leave the kid alone! He went to breakfast!
This department really needs to move on and go out do what they are getting paid to do. No wonder why no one wants to be a cop anymore. They always have to worry about the department or some dirt bag trying to take them off the Job.
He brought up the damn text and said exactly what it said. So he punished because he didn’t SHOW you the text? This is why nobody like IA. Always looking for a fall guy
What is this even about? This is a video on cops bullying each other to keep up their better than civilian persona
'Computer huh and tablet huh" 😂
This is ridiculous
If only they where that concerned of the publics perception of them.
Amen to that
The public needs to grow up
He won’t have a single friend on the squad after that hearing.
'I just thought they were prankin' me.'
'I just thought they were prankin' me.'
'I just thought they were prankin' me.'
'I just thought they were prankin' me.'
What supposedly happened here? This whole thing is a complete waste of time. Go after actual bad cops
I think he was treated like a criminal.
What a fuss over gossip, find better things to do. Cops behave no better than anyone else, just like kids, is this what we pay taxes for????
This guys chair is such a snitch lol
What happened to the cop?
Jeez, it was like the cop was reading the instructions on the survey verbatim. Did he memorize the entire page? Wow he's a smart dude!...
firstly, i don't know how talking about your boss is illegal or wrong. And secondly, because thus guy lied in the first interview, nothing he says is believable
HA! I like how the guy in charge keeps admitting to retaliating with excuse after excuse.
Pretty sad how this kid is so befuddled and allows an authority dynamic to emerge. He should have been coached to say "I don;t remember" a lot more, not to call the interviewer "Sir" and to be super vague. It's an HR thing at best. You're not under arrest. Also, he shouldn't have continued to answer or respond every time the interviewer called it a "meeting." He should have corrected it to breakfast and broke the flow of the question each time. But he's young and he let 'meeting" be the defining characteristic each time. That really the only thing pops was looking to nail down. Without that, he's blowing smoke and trying to keep himself out of actual trouble.
This cop Such a liar 😂
The correct answer to everything in this video is I would like to speak to my lawyer
Its not a criminal investigation its an employer investigation
@@WASD282They're violating his 1st Amendment Rights!!
Everyone needs to learn to…MYOB=Mind your own business
This officer is lying his butt off! He’s doing too much rambling.
what is this all about? it seems like the retaliation he was worried about is happening
This cop seems to be a liar. My opinion only
“Anything about me?” Lmao…bunch of gossips 😂
how is sick leave being on duty??? it is earned time off. like a paid vacation. then the interrogating cop denies saying that is what he said????
sure is sad if this is way police force operates internally
I was actually pooping in the shower
Interesting 🤔 Do you squat a lil bit, or do you stand straight up and just let it fall when you do it?

This is an old, old, old happening.😢
He TOLD you about the "hey, it's urgent text the day before. You didn't ask to see it.
Before I realized it was the chair squeaking, I thought someone was having flatulence issues.
Het too big for that chair
Don’t they have more important things to worry about
That rat squad guy is typical he did try to insinuate he violated policy by eating with them on sick leave to intimidate him and then tried to act like he didn’t.
And I didn’t hear it, but could it have happened, anything could have happened he didn’t hear it.
Bad judgment in talking about these matters in public but this is retaliation for the survey but this guy needs to save himself here because the other guys put him in this. Obviously he remembers things he remembers the waitress so he remembers other things. Don’t lie to protect people who don’t have enough respect for you to do anything to put you in situations where they break the law or policy.
What is amazing is when it comes to the public they investigate themselves and find no wrong doing but when it comes to feeling like they have been retaliated against by their supioers or the supioers feel like they are getting caught riding dirty its a whole new ball game THIN BLUE LINE
They can’t even not lie to each other. 🙄
Why isn’t this officers union REP not saying anything?
Can't even watch this one because I already know where it's going to go. Watching our overlords run blind cover for one another just makes me sick. Qualified immunity needs to be done away with.
He's trying to make a breakfast at a restaurant a grand conspiracy of a planned meeting to slander the police department.
It's their 1st Amendment Right to say anything!!
Inside the cultivation of the thin blue line and how it is maintained.
The guy on the right needs to put his phone away!
Listening to these cops make me never want to believe cops. A lot of cops are very unprofessional (childish).
This reminds me of coming back from moms house and dad lecturing me what mom had to say about him while visiting 🤬
He should NEVER BE TRUSTED!
So...his finger was hurting, he asked to go home and was granted to take a medical leave? He couldn't do whatever it is that cops do because of a hurt finger?
i did not lie i just left it out
Okay, okay, alright, Okay, AND. I would have quit.
What's up with his lawyer? Texting on his phone not paying attention, acting like he doesn't give a d*MN! Squeeking his chair!
Maybe it's the internal affairs version of a public defender?
More than likely a union rep
The attorney is from the police union. They are not allowed to speak, only observe the interrogation.
@@OWEN-CASH oh, ok thank you
I was wondering if they deliberately chose a super squeaky chair so nobody can’t hear Anything but chair squeaking and paper arrangement and crushing ?!?
Liar liar pants on fire!!!
He DID tell the young man that even if he was on sick leave he was STILL on duty.
The investigator spent eight minutes basically trying to gain from the cop exactly Why he felt like he wanted to eat breakfast and What kind of jam he put on his toast…
The Boss wants compliant, voiceless underlings, and has a bigger issue with them circulating a poll at work upon his management style than whether they planned to and/or did abuse citizen(s).
At this rate the Chief might need to ask what the cop was planning on having for supper…
What's the point of having that mannequin posing as a lawyer? He's doing absolutely nothing but writing his own memoirs.
Investigating locker room talk?
Interesting...
What can’t squeak can’t lie 🪑
What a bore
we where talking about donuts and the best icing colour
One would think that the commander is asking these questions for a reason. As a cop, he has to know that someone has snitched if the questions are this precise. It’s nice to see the cop squirm though. That loyalty came down to who is going under the bus! Then he just admits to bad mouthing the administration on the second trip in after telling them nothing was said out of line the first trip. 😂😂 Bad move!
I am 20 minutes into this and don't have a clue what the problem is
Sounds like petty high school gossip
The chief of police is butthurt about shop talk.
Wonder why the soundproofing foam only covers part of the room? Budget cuts?
Get some damn wd40 jfc
So...what's the outcome!? This is all we get?
