@@hwhittaker2172 My research doesn't originate from sovcit sites. Right to travel according to the Supreme Court: The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Right to travel according to The Constitution of the United States: The right to travel is a part of the "liberty" of which a citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment. This is where sovcits get confused: The 10th Amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791. It makes clear that any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the states, are reserved to those respective states, or to the people at large. In other words, it prohibits the federal government from forcing states to pass or not pass certain legislation, or to enforce federal law. Traffic regulations in the United States are enacted and administered by the States rather than the Federal government. Drivers must obey local and state traffic laws. Driving without a valid driver's license is a crime in all 50 states. I have much more information. Would you like to see it??

So frustrating when cases against these SovCits get dismissed by limp prosecutors. All it does is embolden them and make it harder the next time they're pulled over for the exact same thing.
They are dismissed because prosecutors know that the sovereign citizens are in fact correct.
Or possibly cops not showing up there.

it's an excuse to act better than others, its so annoying.
The ridiculous part is that if they were truly sovereign citizens/ moorish nationals they wouldn't even stop for police because they would wholeheartedly believe that police have no authority to stop them.
I think they just love the “game”.
The only way to address this stupidity is to impound their cars when they drive without a license, insurance, or plate...
They find ways around it, only to be stopped again. It's a cycle that they love.
And don’t return them until they abide by all the laws plus tickets paid in full too.
I think that's how it works in some countries
Absolutely. Impound their cars.
We are recognized... No you are not. That is a lie.
I can't believe they let an unregistered Uninsured & unlicensed person drive away from traffic stop
The vehicle AND the driver should have been seized.
I wonder what would happen if these criminals killed somebody after driving off after being stopped by an officer and let go. It’s sickening.

O dear miss, you are not "trying to be difficult" you are a master class in being difficult.
She's "in the private." What, in the privacy of her own head? Insane.
First video with the cop's flat "Okay" when she said he couldn't write anything down was amazing, gave me the biggest smile
You don't have the right to do anything but I have the right to do whatever I want is basically these peoples modus operandi
The patience of these Officers are beyond gracious and fair. The individuals they stopped need to be yanked out of their car, arrested, charged , then sentenced appropriately. These people are delusional.
Letting him stay in the vehicle after telling him to get out or be helped out… emboldens non-compliance!
she has no license no insurance and they let her drive off. that is a huge failure by law enforcement
And if she hit me 5 seconds down the road, I would be livid with the officer's especially the chief of police for letting her drive off with just a ticket

The court (judge) didn't drop the charges. It was the prosecutor's office that decided not to pursue the case for court. Whatever reasons, it gave the sovcit the idea that her beliefs were true. In another video, she wasn't lucky.
@@whyamIbeingarrested they are true. do some research.

Right to travel according to the Supreme Court:
The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Right to travel according to The Constitution of the United States:
The right to travel is a part of the "liberty" of which a citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment.
This is where sovcits get confused:
The 10th Amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791.
