Thank you so much for the recipe, Ms. Jaworski. I made this pudding tonight and it turned out perfect! I tried cooking rice pudding before but it was a complete disaster. Your videos are so good, you pay attention to every detail and your tips are super useful. I also made the New York cheesecake, brownies, coffee cakes, pound cakes etc following your recipes and they all turned out amazing. I can't thank you enough for all the effort you put into making these videos. ❤

YOOOOO I just made this, only I didn't have milk so I used 1 cup coconut milk, almost 1.5 cups of almond milk and a dash of heavy cream! It came out really nice!! I will be making a double batch next time! Thanks for the easiest (and most delicious) rice pudding recipe! BTW I made rice pudding with a different recipe before and it didn't come out that great. We were buying the cozy shack brand rice pudding which was good but I wanted to make it myself. Thanks again!

Finally a rice pudding like our mothers in my country of origin used to make it with the exception of the raisins and vanilla. My mother served it in small plates with cinnamon on top, and we ate it cold. Thanks for posting

Hey, it's so similar to an Indian dessert called 'kheer'. Even my mother adds raisins in it. The only difference is that we add little seeds from cardamom instead of cinnamon. This reminds me of my childhood. Thanks Stephanie once again :)

After three very unsuccessful recipes from other UA-cam channels, I tried yours. I used dried cranberries but did everything else exactly like you and your mom did. It was delicious. Thank you! The others were dry, or tasteless, or both. Yours is creamy and tasty and was a big hit.

Just made this wonderful recipe! It’s just enough for four small servings which is exactly what I needed. I blitzed the sugar with the cinnamon in a grinder …just to make sure it melted into the pudding mixture. 🎉🎉🎉
    So delicious!

    Quick Question:
At 3:33 into the video the pot is taken off the heat. The cinnamon and sugar are added and then the pot is returned to the heat for final thickening as stated by Stephanie.
Any reason for removing the pot for this short interval of time? Can't be necessary for adding cinnamon and sugar... can it?
I love Joy of Baking. It's super clear/ organised instruction and it's a joy to watch always. Thanks!

The combination of rice and pudding DOES seem a bit strange, especially to an American, but to others it is not. So please don't bash other people's dishes and with your very vague and insulting term "Nasty"
