Great post. So true. I have a systemic ligamentous dysfunction due to FQAD (cipro poisoning) and I get massive pain flares after massages or chiropractic manipulations. Inherent healing forces, muscular compensation and prolotherapy are the way to go here. Though local anaesthetics don't lead to these side effects for me. Massage and spinal manipulations are the worst (for my condition, not in general).

Hi Doc, What if the trigger point injection does not contain any anesthetic solution? Would ozone or traumeel injections produce the same physiological response in the fascia, muscle or ligaments?

If there's no anesthesic, then the forced muscle relaxation won't occur

Is heat padding 5 times everyday for after prolotherapy, till the next session the same thing as, trigger point point bad side effects?
Or constant heatpad stimulate faster healing?

I think that's a bit excessive, but as long as you're keeping those heat applications short (like 3-5 minutes) that should be fine

@@DrewTimmermansND i have been doing 15mins heatpad 5 times everyday till the next session. Did it cause a bad side effect like trigger injection. Since it's relaxing the muscle therefore hindering the healing and harming the ligament?

Heat won't inactivate a muscle the way trigger point injections do

Prp and trigger are not used for the same things. Trigger point is for myofacial prp is to speed up healing factors. This video is misleading and fear mongering
