All correct. This is why we don't use GH, but rather GH secretagogues which stimulate the release of your own GH and do not suppress natural GH production
Actually, if you look at the slide in my lecture in this timestamp (ua-cam.com/video/Bo0LNCr9BiU/v-deo.htmlsi=AVE5I__eOliULGZl&t=1877), you will see the pulsatile secretion of GH after GH secretagogues is gone by about 2.5 hours. So if one wanted a second large pulse of GH, they could dose it a second time. And clinically, with something like BPC-157 we have had some patients who respond better to dosing twice per day (as opposed to the same dose once per day), and we've even had patients who benefited from dosing Tb4 multiple times per day as they got an acute pain reduction following dosing. Peptides are cleared from the body extremely quickly, so in some instances multiple doses may be advantageous.

If you are working with a physician and can get injectable peptides from a compounding pharmacy, then that's great. I injured my plantar fascia from doing heavy calf raises about a year ago. I'm thinking about BPC-157 injections after trying all conservative recovery methods. Do you think BPC could help me? If so, should I inject in my heel fat pad or near the arch of the foot?
Not sure if it will help you specifically. We find it helps about 70-80% of people for chronic pain (regardless if it's the injectable or oral version).

If you decide to risk it with injections, don't need to inject near the site of injury, you just need to inject subcutaneously into the abdomen as it goes systemic.

We only used ARA290 a little bit many years ago because the FDA took our legitimate sources away. So unfortunately we have less options with nerve repair

Any time we have had patients with a bone fracture, we use many different supplements and peptides, not just a single one like BPC-157.

I was told I'd have to live with plantar fasciitis, my job involves walking. About two weeks 5mg BPC-157/TB-500 it seems to have gone away. Makes me wonder what it would do for an inflammatory disease like asthma?

Unfortunately I only work with MSK issues, so I have no experience using it in asthma or other lung conditions. However, just because it reduces inflammation in connective tissues like the plantar fascia doesn't mean it works on all tissues that are inflamed.
Did you use injection subcutaneous on belly fat to help treat the plantar fascitiis? What was your dosage ? I have it for one year, don't know what to do to get rid of it and received bpc157 yesterday - but I have no tb500

Took the first 30 pills every other day per Huberman.

The 500mcg oral equivalent is about 300mcg for subcutaneous injection.

As for the other products, the GHK-Cu comes in a topical for skin (also on the InfiniWell site), which does have some systemic absorption, it's just not as much as the injectable. I haven't seen enough research yet for the absorption of TB4 frag, so we don't really recommend it. Then for GH secretagogues, you're really only left with MK-677 which is orally bioavailable.

What do you mean TB4 is no longer available? I just got some BPC-157/TB4 mix just a few weeks ago.
TB4 is no longer available through compounding pharmacies, which is the only place we recommend to get injectables. Injectable peptides from research chemical websites (where you buy on your own from a website) are notoriously contaminated with LPS, a bacterial endotoxin, which can cause really bad side effects.
The suppression of natural GH production can lead to several consequences:
1. Dependence on exogenous GH: The body may become reliant on external sources of GH to maintain normal physiological functions.
2. Altered GH pulsatility: Natural GH secretion occurs in pulses, which may be disrupted by continuous exogenous GH administration.
3. Potential long-term effects: Prolonged suppression of endogenous GH production may lead to atrophy of the pituitary gland’s GH-producing cells.
4. Metabolic changes: Altered GH levels can affect metabolism, potentially leading to changes in body composition, insulin sensitivity, and lipid profiles.
5. Risk of side effects: Exogenous GH administration can cause side effects such as fluid retention, joint pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
6. Potential for abuse: In non-medical settings, the use of GH as a performance-enhancing drug can lead to health risks and ethical concerns
All correct. This is why we don't use GH, but rather GH secretagogues which stimulate the release of your own GH and do not suppress natural GH production

Actually, if you look at the slide in my lecture in this timestamp (ua-cam.com/video/Bo0LNCr9BiU/v-deo.htmlsi=AVE5I__eOliULGZl&t=1877), you will see the pulsatile secretion of GH after GH secretagogues is gone by about 2.5 hours. So if one wanted a second large pulse of GH, they could dose it a second time.
And clinically, with something like BPC-157 we have had some patients who respond better to dosing twice per day (as opposed to the same dose once per day), and we've even had patients who benefited from dosing Tb4 multiple times per day as they got an acute pain reduction following dosing.
Peptides are cleared from the body extremely quickly, so in some instances multiple doses may be advantageous.
