Im sorry you have pain and dealing with them but understand they are not big deals! I know you are probably in pain but understand that in order to fix things like this, you need to put the work in! You cant just rely on "injections" because those are just bandages. Do more RESEARCH because you can help fix yourself...to a certain degree. If you cant figure out what you are doing that is causing them, then the trigger point will just come back after the meds wear off. So i would recommend going to see a good functionally based/sports based chiropractor and have them asses your muscles and joints and they should be able to help you pretty easily. Dont get caught in the healthcare trap of going to your primary care provider for treatment of musculoskeletal issues because more often than you think, they dont know how to handle those cases because that is not the business they are in, they are in the business of getting people feeling better with meds which are important when your sick with the flu, or bronchitis, or have infections...ect ect, but they dont know how to treat simple joint pain or muscle issue because that is not what they do. Hopefully this helps and I wish you the best.

My pain get worst when I drive for too long , it's centered in right upper hip always in the right side , when I massage it with the tennis ball I can feel the trigger points, is my pain coming from the glute medius?
I discovered the tennis ball trick for myself. It's a good pain that really works out those knots!

Often times the flute mediums harbors trigger points, it’s a great place to start then dig around and find others.
