Bro the scheduling tip was so fuckin amazing, i have half duplicants ona night shift and half on a day shift Higher morale for all duplicants Tasks being done faster And Better maintaining of generators Thank you so much bro
Year late in mentioning, but saw the title.. was interested.. but.. on the first few frames, I see (or assume anyway) this is for the Spaced Out variant.. which I don't have... big worry this won't apply, since might not have access to various thing I might see here :(
Very usefull video. I have over 1300 hours in this game and I had no idea that light over a station can speed up the process. Thanks a lot for this video. Regarding the light. Does the light help with metal refinery too? I mean if I put it over my refinery, will that speed up the refining process too?
Thank you! Yes it will. If you place a light above any building that requires manual interaction from your dupes they will receive a 15% boost. Metal Refinery, the grill, even the toilet!
A kinda mixed bag of less or more advanced, or important things in the early game. For example if someone is absolutely intimidated by automation or has problems even reaching that... Imho automation is not an early game thing. Now, that being said imho everything you say here is very useful and true even if not necessarily in the early game per se. I like it cos it encourages good habits. Frankly id include same more basic things like: build pneumatic doors on top of each other to separated rooms, use rooms for the morale is important, always build rooms at 4 high for most applications. Personally i dont think i need those tips anymore but i was rly curious and one can always learn something new even in the least likely of places so thank you! Cheers ;)
Yes I agree, automation can be a complex concept. However some very simple elements can be used effectively in the early game which is why I included a beginners guide on the subject which I hope new players find helpful.

Thank you so much bro
ive tons of schedules and only 2 dupes per schedule. this way i need only 2 toilets for my 1000000 dupes.
Yup, multiple schedules coming in clutch!
lol now that's some effective scheduling. Don't forget about the vacation schedule too.
Never knew about the fridge one, super useful
I'm happy it was helpful for you!
Such nice tips which are often forgotten and taken for granted. Like the keeping the doors open and the rancher activation time! thnx man!
Np! Glad you liked them.
3:00 oh I needed that one! thanks
Np mate.
Ugh, these are great. I didn't know about the shifting for straight lines or specific deconstruction. Thanks a lot!
You're very welcome!

Yes, I did do this for Spaced Out, however a lot of the tips should still apply for the base game.
Didn’t know about the proximity filter! Man… I’m always getting that long commute warning too
Ya it's kinda hidden so it can be overlooked easily.

@@DontPanicGaming Oh I never knew that. Over 1300 hrs in the game and I never knew that. Thanks again for the great tip.
Np and glad it helped! Ya it can be easily missed because we forget the dupes are actually in darkest inside that asteroid.
It's funny because the game has Day and night, and it gets "darker" in the night

Do you have any non obvious tips that the game DOESNT tell you?
I'll try and come up with a few more tips that are a little more advanced. These were mostly focused on newer players.
Chill out bro most of this stuff the game wouldn’t tell you
every tip you said is told to you as you play. not really tips when your told them anyways more like heads up info. which is pointless
A few tips aren't actually told to you by the game, but I'm sure I can come up with a few more.
