Norway government never gave the mother the kids, showing the cause that she was incapable of taking care of kids.
She still lives away from the kids, works at Noida. Her parents in Kolkata take care of the kids.

The truth is, mother came back from Norway much earlier when she understood that there was no hope that Norway Children Protection would give her back the kids. After the father's family (especially their uncle) got the kids back from Norway Children Protection (NCP) agency they came back to India. The uncle had to go through rigorous tests to prove that he was capable (psychologic ally) fit to bring up kids. After they came back the mother then took the kids away from their father and his family, in Indian court.
Norway government never gave the mother the kids, showing the cause that she was incapable of taking care of kids. Their uncle and Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Sushma Swaraj ji should get the honour of this victory.
She still lives away from the kids, works at Noida. Her parents in Kolkata take care of the kids.

I read an article where it was stated that local police was sent to the couples house on MULTIPLE occasions. Do you think that they were sent there just for routine check? police don`t have time to do that, unless it is something more serious, like when things escalate. Also; why is Mr.Chatterjee afraid to return to India? if he knows that he is innocent, he would be cleared immediately..looks suspicious. Or perhaps he is afraid to stand trial in India, because he would be proven guilty or beating his wife? anyway; Norway Child Care Service did loose at the European Human Rights Court, and I am glad that justice was done. Hopefully, they have learnt from their errors. Namaste from Norway.

Bro, truth is always truth, and doesn’t matter what is shown in a feature movie. I don’t live in movie wonderland to belive that Norway government paid her husband’s family or I to say against her. That was hilarious.
It’s true that a biological mother possess some qualities to protect new borns, but nurturing a child is totally different thing. Just spend a year in Kolkata, and you will see most middle class Kolkata girls are spoiled brats nowadays. They only talk about rights and are lazy sloths. They marry guys to get the marriage certificate and after few days lodge 498A against husband's families, claim alimony and keep the children away from husband and inlaws. Sounds like a good strategy of earning for living...isn’t it. Common event in Kolkata. So much so that Bengali guys are reluctant to marry.
Don’t forget that women right movement stated in Bengal almost 300 years ago, during communist era it got impetus. That was certainly the positive, constructive side of Bengali society that girls became more independent and free to talk about women's issues. But a section of Bengali girls only talk about right and completely unaware of their roles, responsibilities in family and society.

After watching the Netflix show and reading about the ACTUAL incident I can tell you that this isn’t the only case where Norwegian children welfare services have taken away children without a valid reason. I’ve researched about this and I also asked a person who had lived in Norway for 13 years about this
