  • In this video I will be talking about how Art rocked a $100,000 wedding with an iPhone 6 and converting my mic rack to a PA system. I have many different rack builds for various scenarios but this was a unique and new opportunity to convert an existing rack out of the need for a simple and speedy and cutting down on size & weight. The DJ industry has been impacted by the economic shut down of 2020. Many have went out of business, some are barely holding on, and then again there are those like G Fire Productions who are thriving through these times. With that thought, my overall goal is to help others in the industry build their brands and improve in business and finance through a channel l call "Your Favorite Thousandaire". I’m a musician I love the setup cause after a long night you want to pack as fast and efficient as possible. And instead of carrying around 2,3,4 different boxes you can just walk away with all that in one trip. Yes it might be pricey but quality stuff like that will last a lifetime!

Since was a unique circumstance, this doesn't sound like something you use regularly? Was this a system you used because something failed and this was deployed on the fly? $100k wedding and this was your option? Not trying to troll here but you look like you pretty solid from your other videos this one I didn't quite get. Sounds like everything came out on the end quite well. SALUTE! Crisp and Clean and efficient!

Hello Divine Sound & Lighting and thank you so much for watching. This system was born out of the need to scale back and do what actually made sense for the venue and the challenges of the load in. Up all my recon I knew it was going to be really tight traffic plus we had to park across the street once we drop the gear. Then everything have to be carried to their respective locations. Any carts would've been useless at this particular venue due to the cobblestones and compact sand pathways. Usually for ceremonies I have this box I called the "Krackin" but decided not to use it at this wedding. Knowing that I was going to be the center of attention in a tent at this high end historical venue, I decided to make the system as small as possible yet efficient. What I was also trying to demonstrate is we have lots of tools as DJs and entertainers, why not use them all to their fullest potential? In my experience most customers don't get caught up so much of the year we use but that we do our jobs effectively. Thanks again for supporting out channel.

Amazing video!! I’m looking to build something just like this for ceremonies. How do you like this SKB rack? Have you had any issues with the latches on the rack?

I love these racks and I don't have any issues with them so far. I'm always careful how I handle gear even if it's in a case. Also look into SKB's warranty, your latches might actually be covered. www.skbcases.com/warranty
