Depp gave a sarcastic response to the objection, and when the judge told him not to answer, Depp apologized and joked that he has Tourette's.

I had a friend who was a narcissist too. She acted, behaved and did the same stuff as AH. She had a sister she humiliated and mistreated badly. This evil narcissist got married and moved to Austria. Everybody she got involved with, she tried to control, belittle and bully. Such evil women exist and men must be aware of them. On the other hand, AH is the Queen of all Sociopaths and Narcissists of the planet. She is despicable. It disgusts me when she smiles at the truth being thrown on her face. She deserves all the force of the law to fall upon her for perjury.

The way she looks at him, she doesn’t even know how to pretend to act like a victim at this point. No victim hearing their abuser say that everything being claimed is false would stick their head up and smugly look at them. They would not have the confidence to do that no matter how much therapy they’ve gotten and how much time has passed. She’s been in this trial too long and I can tell she’s exhausted trying to keep up the facade of the innocent victim especially because she’s absolutely aware no one is buying it.

Even with my ex husband who only had one incident of physical violence and the rest was drug feuled psychological torture, I often wonder if i ever came face to face with him how I would react. Even with all the questions I have as to why someone would beg to marry me and then do what he did to my life, the absolute truth is, I have no interest in ever looking at him again. I refuse to give him any power over me at all. He's a terrible person for making the promises he did, for begging me to marry him for months and then destroying our lives over and over again.

Yup...agreed. A man who is abused is doubly strong because he COULD have fought back and really injured the attacker (who, if his wife, is presumably smaller/weaker). I'm a strong woman, but I could not fight my husband. If I attacked him, he would defend himself, but probably not escalate anything....Johnny tried to avoid the physical BS, but Amber wouldn't allow it KNOWING full well that Johnny would not hurt her.

That makes me want to cry. Simply because she believed that no one would believe him, is so sad. Abuse comes in so many forms. Shame on her for what she has tried to reduce him too. He just wanted his voice to be heard as with any victim would. He has every right to defend himself against all that nasty stuff spewed from her dark soul. He doesn't have to be ashamed for speaking up or about what he went through, I certainly don't hold anything against him for doing that. A woman can get her voice heard because she alleges abuse, then why can't this man have his voice too and say that is not true, im the abused one. It shouldn't matter that he is a man or a celebrity. Men are victims too, and that's what she didnt count on anyone believing his story, his truth, THE TRUTH. She is a bully in every way, and she knows it. The public knows it now. I went through a situation much like this and I understand how frightening, humiliating, degrading and frustrating it can be. It took me 5 years of fighting my son's mothers lawyers in court by myself, because my attorney died 6 months into the case and I could not afford another lawyer, so I had to fight every, sometimes very bizarre accusations, alone. I had to endure psychological tests of several kinds, including one that was so invasive and humiliating, it was disgusting but the court listened to every word she said and ordered any examination she asked for.
I had photo, video and audio recordings of things she did, exactly everything she was accusing me of, but none of it seemed to matter. My son was 3 months old when it started, now I have been a single full time father of my wonderful 9 year old son, and it has only been him and me for 9 years because I am so afraid of anything like this happening again, it would kill me, which is another thing she has threatened to do. I am lonely but I have to protect my son, so it is the price I pay.

You could hear a pin drop during his emotional testimony. Even her lawyer at one point looked riveted. It’s because genuine human emotion is compelling. It makes you feel. There’s a reason AH’s testimony did not draw the same sympathy.

He sometimes looks at the jury but it seems like it's because it's polite to look at everyone you're talking to. If someone asks me a question and there's, let's say 5 people, I look at everyone when answering. I think it's the polite way to answer, not exclude everyone else.
He's already won. This civil case is just a technicality, I'd say the public (that's paid attention to this) is 90+% on his side. AH on the other hand, is now despised. Her career is over and she's not going to get another influential victim any time soon.

If he talks about a 20+ year history with them it shows once again she lied.

It’s so sad. His mother passed away and her response is to serve him with a restraining order. Shame on her. I wasn’t on anyones side until today. His memories of his treatment were so sad. It's astonishing how much she is like my exhusband. He had even said some of the same nasty things to me that she has said to Johnnie. The only difference is the only physical abuse I endured was being pushed a couple of times. My ex was primarily verbally, emotionally and psychologically abusive.

Edit: Our child is far over 18 now so neither of us have to deal with my ex anymore! 🥳 Unfortunately, my kiddo dealt with much worse from my ex in many ways. I still have PTSD triggers. I can't imagine dealing with such a person as a child. Especially when it's your parent who is suppose to love and protect you.

This case has given me a little anxiety. I've dated an AH type of person. He hit me, and twisted everything, even though I never spoke out against him. Unfortunately my cracked ribs were a little obvious when I couldn't lift anything at work. Someone put two and two together, after the second incident. She makes me so angry. I don't normally hate anyone, but I do hate her. She's too similar to an ex. It's terrifying.
I had an Ex who tried to have me removed from our daughter's life by making claims of abuse by my hands on our little girl. She thought her plan was 100% locked up in her favor. How wrong she was. Although I now have full custody of my baby, I do hurt for her on losing her mother. It didn't have to be like this. But women have a hard time pressing the stop button once they hit "GO". And they lie to their own mind to make it sound like it really happened the way they tell it.

When he said nobody is perfect he was admitting to his drinking and drugs but he is searching his soul trying to describe what he was going through. I remember going through this myself when asked how I felt when I finally got through my first marriage and how it left me traumatised. I never thought I would find a new love in my life because of what I went through, I stopped socialising because I just did not trust men but I got lucky I met my 2nd husband and it was love at first sight which shocked me but it was the same for him we started dating 2 days after we met that was 35 years ago and he has been so good to me we have never argued or disagreed about anything, if there was an issue we talked it out and he understands even to this day if someone swings their are in my direction I still flinch and react be he’s never said a word but has always supported me through those moments. I really hope Johnny finds someone like that after all of this he really deserves to find someone to love him for just who he is. Worts and and all 😊

I was given no defense either, since I couldn't prove her word against mine. I took a plea bargain to avoid risking a harsher sentence. He was assumed to have Tourette's as a child, unsure if it was ever formally diagnosed. But just for the people that will say he was being inappropriate there, I think he was just trying to explain rather than joke that he has a hard time not saying rebuttals, making noises etc. as someone without formally diagnosed Tourette's as well I say "sorry, twitches" quickly after I loudly vocal twitch in public. Tourette's can be emphasized with stress (such as being on stand), and can also occasionally lessen your filtering ability (if I think something and twitch, I can say what I was thinking because the pathway has already been partially formed) He also seems to be trying to refrain from the "hearsay" issue with the first time he (and every witness lmao) was on stand, so He's having to think about every word he says which as I mentioned earlier, while under distress can cause you to twitch out phrases that have been "half loaded" in the brain. He was apologizing not joking.

I work with students that have emotional backgrounds some that are on the spectrum for most Tourette's comes with it. I've had the feeling johnny may have been misdiagnosed if he ever was. The reason why it takes him longer to answer than Amber is because she has rehearsed just about everything she says. She knows exactly what she wants to say and how she wants to look.
