  • Amber Heard's attorneys questioned Johnny Depp's expert Dr. Shannon Curry about a dinner she had with Depp and his legal team before the trial. Heard's attorneys have tried to show Curry is biased towards Depp and was not qualified to make the opinions that she made in the case.

i mean, it's not her lawyer fault that this case is impossible to defend. she get paid by amber heard to be her lawyer. she would take every possible way for her client to win the case. including hiring maybe "biased" witnesses. that's why cross examination is required as bringing biased witness like this is pretty common in court room. i fully blaming amber at this point as her lawyer just do what a lawyers do.

I feel like she's actually a good lawyer; there's just not much to be done when your client is AH. I sincerely hope for the best for AH's lawyer team because, at the end of the day, they're just trying to do their job. Giving them a hard time for struggling with this case is, honestly, like giving a cashier a hard time because their management makes them enforce bad rules. Its not the cashier's fault that the manager has hoops to jump through; its not really the lawyer's fault that their client was terrible.

If you don't know how much you paid for a bag of chips, and I ask you "was it 100,000?", your answer won't be "I don't know". Because you know that you didn't pay $100,000 for chips. Even if you don't know the actual price. You will only answer "I don't know" when the price is plausible to you. Like "was it 2 dollars?" - "I don't know".

She is a professional with a charge out rate and she would know what she charges per hour or per day. In the eyes of the judge she would have come across immediately as evasive. And to then say she "couldn't remember" if she had a drink, and "couldn't remember" if Johnny Depp spoke directly to her, is just as implausible. Then when faced with all the evidence that their client has been bold faced lying to them and the public now they’re scrambling. Elaine was here trying to catch Dr. Curry in a lie or trip her up because it’s been so easy for JD’s team to do that exact thing to Amber and the rest of their witnesses. She’s just getting out what she wants to say and doesn’t care if it helps the case at all, at one point she just skips over her own incoherent question when Dr. Curry asks for clarification of what she means because she can’t trap Curry into the answer she wants. Tbh, I'm on Amber's lawyer's side for this. That "forensic psychologist" admitted to doing over 200 cases in her short lifespan as a psychologist. Any person doing that many cases isn't actively helping real patients with their mental issues. She makes her money by being paid to render a test and testify in court. She has no real working experience with someone with Borderline. And she only gave Amber this big test and said here, take it. That's what she's basing her exerptise on. Meanwhile, Amber's lawyer pointed out multiple other doctors who actively saw Amber for years and did not state any diagnosis of Borderline, and in fact did note PTSD symptoms. A huge red flag to me is that she does not even use the DSM to diagnose Amber, which is, in truth, the holy grail for psychology and diagnoses. Instead she gave Amber a test one time. The DSM typically requires long hours of constant interaction in order for a pscyh to diagnose someone with Borderline. And then she lied a couple times in her second cross examination. So I don't trust her expertise.

There is no way she scored perfect on all the other questions regarding her mental health, but on PTSD everything was the highest value. You don't get just PTSD, and then everything else is fine, you are broken in every way possible.

Her previous doctors were not making any diagnosis, hence the lack of one. And as Dr. Curry stated, the test given to Amber Heard did not screen for a faking of a claim. They assumed that AH responses were the truth, since typically if one comes to get help, then it's a genuine concern for them.
So in this case they don't even know if she is trying to fake it. Funny that they don't bring up the fact that Heard had dinner with the judge in her UK case while testifying... That was somehow okay but having an interview with dinner is inappropriate... Okay.

Heard will come to regret that little dinner date... I'm betting she'll end up wishing she'd let The Sun take that loss instead of forcing Johnny to continue the fight stateside (against her personally now), making sure it's broadcast publicly this time around. She's the unwitting architect of her apparently imminent demise.

If I remembered anything from her testimony it was her response "That is not quite right" to some of the attorney statement questions . Then the attorney had to ask her what part was not right.

That's about it too. Everyone who has dealt with people with BPD, HPD, or narcissistic personality disorder sees all the signs from beginning to end. It wasn't that bad in the beginning just seemed like over acting but at then Vasquez came into play and rattled her. That's when Amber really came out. Then the second time she lost it. She became the "monster". The narcissism showed hard as did the sudden mood shifts. She couldn't hide it because she was focused on the lies. Mrs. Vasquez was rapid firing questions and the lies were becoming jumbled and she slipped up letting the real Amber show.

Either this woman is a complete fraud or she's incompetent! A checklist is not a test and giving the client a cheatsheet is no way to get to the truth of the who, when and why of the abuse a pathological liar like AH alleges. It is wrong on so many levels because with the standardized Danger Assessment, she actually wrote Johnny's name down on the form as abusing AH in 2019 when he hadn't even talked to her since 2016. This woman needs to be investigated! What if someone else she's had a relationship with since Johnny abused her?
