These guys are like the island boys with trucks 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yo 😂
The pull starts at 4:00
We are waiting for the round 3, 4WD vs 4WD
Bro the gm was 4wd and the ram was not
Dodge RAM I think that’s his point...
@@dodgeram7814 I didnt see the gm in 4wd. If so what time frame??
Haha🤣
Chris Smith bro right at the beginning of video Ram spun duramax got pulled alittle then drove away without spinning at all
They both need to be in 4wd
That Allison is going to drag that caravan transmission all day
😂😂😂
When will people get these have nothing to with power or tyranny. Timing and traction an s10 could beat a dirty max with the right driver.
@@peterdalbec1469 lol i tell you what kid, you’re something special
@@Southernbread686 his analogy's far fetched, but the basic idea is right. There's too many variables here to make a decision, and even though I'm a dmax guy I don't think this vid means shit.
I think this was more about tires than power.
Both were spinning tires. Only the Ram’s were smoking. Smoking tires = no traction.
Put 1000lbs in the bed of each and use 4 wheel drive and you may have a different outcome.
if you put in 1000 pounds in each truck don't you think the weight different would be exactly the same??!! Lmao
Front tired wernt even spinning on dodge, its called 4 high guy
Toyo tires are more for looks I'm switching to BFG AT
It’s called factory tires. The initial tires you buy on a new truck are cheap soft compound tires that wear out faster. Soft compound tires bite more but don’t last as long. The duramax still has its factory tires on it. That’s what won this competition.
Mega cab is heavier right so idk if it’s traction dude duramax isn’t just a lot stronger
Love how the GMC has better tires and pulling in 4x4 to where the Ram wasn't
Exactly.
Ram was 2x4 when GMC 4x4
Somebody with sense
I can see the duramax is in 4x4 but the dodge def has bigger wider wheels n tires gmc looks like its on stock tires
Duramax won second pull while in 2 wheel drive
Wheel n tire combo go a long one along with the height an how much weight is over the rear axle
The Ram is being pulled slightly down hill , makes a big difference cause science.
finally someone withy brains. go on flat ground and see how easy that cummins pull that lil dmax
No front wheels even turning on the ram
In round one the front tires of the ram should be pulling. Maybe have it in four wheel drive would help.
The Sierra was in 2wd also
@@ramonmezquita6794 No it wasnt, the front tires are kicking dust on the Duramax meaning there is torque being applied and not just freerolling. While the cummins tires instantly rolled back. Just physics
If you watched the video they mentioned that the GMC was in 4wd drive by accident. You Dodge guys always have a excuse. Go get your own motor. Cummims isn’t even made Ram. 😂 just like the Hemi wasn’t designed by Dodgn either. Riding the Dick of another mans ideas RAM 😂
Try putting the Ram in 4 wheel drive like the GM.
they did 2wd for both trucks in second round
@@rayraymartinez7111 exactly lmao
Dodge 4WD doesn’t work anyway🫡
Indeed my brother, indeed
You dont have to be mad that the ram lost
Great video, but y’all should have swapped the trucks for a second round to see if the hill would make a difference.
Doesn’t matter what gear ration in this situation. Duramax managed to get better traction and that’s why it won.
Cummins wasn’t on 4wd
Exactly !!! If y'all want to compare two trucks they both must have identical tires with identical air pressure they both must be the same weight and it must take place on some type of pavement so both have equal traction. Otherwise it's a worthless comparison
If you compare two trucks in a pull off both must have identical tires with identical air pressure and they both must weigh the same and preform the pull on some type of pavement so both have equal traction. And both driver's slowly accelerate with equal RPM . Or your pissing in the wind .
Allison baby.
The ram couldn't gain traction because it was being pulled backwards. Them Rams are for bandwagoners, meaning they're the right truck for shit talkers. My 02 stage 2, tuned, and bulletproofed 7.3 would drag both them trucks around lol!
Lift kits look cool but doesn’t help in a tug of war.
Now put the ram in 4wd
First off doing crazy pulls like this off ball is a good way to kill someone, I've seen the aftermath. At least you choked it first, but you should be making custom plates to replace the hitch bracket on the truck. If possible.
How do u think the duramax would do on blacktop prob not to well I own a 5.9
Wooooow i never would've thought "big wheels and a big lift" doesnt help you tow
dumb
My love has the Cummins 2016 2500 turbo diesel black on black with custom lift and rims with big ol mud slinging wide set tires! It's beautiful
Not surprised with the outcome, and the GMC Denali is beautiful
The ram wasn’t even in 4wd
Rinconmaniac shut up, let me enjoy this moment...
@@texanerection492 lmaoo😂😂
And it was on dirt which can go either way because of traction
LOL wrong tires on the Ram. And if the Ram used 4x4 the dirty-max will get towed all day long. Bring that shit down south to Louisiana and you’ll see.
Uh neither was the gmc idiot it was at first lol but not after it says it cheated then they were both in 2 wheel drive rewatch the video
I had a Duramax great truck and loved it. But after owning a Cummins it pulls my camper so good I can’t tell it’s back there.
Cummins in the tractor trailer made me retire 😢 I always had CAT Engines
It's obvious that the front wheels on the ram are turning backwards and not forward while it's spinning
It’s obvious it’s in 4wd
I love the new Duramax. 👍🏻👍🏻
Rams front axle is probably broken
Cummins woulda dragged that ass if he kept the traction constant but a wins a win. Spinning ain't winning
Lol ok fan boy
still waiting on my starburst 😂
I do apologize but due to the current epidemic in our country we are outa stock.. standby...
@@BrosAuto
🤣😂🤣😂
I knew Duramax will win 😎
These guys are definitely smoking something 😂
What year is that dodge?
I hate to tell you this but that Cummins will out pull that duracrap any day of the week hooking up bumper to bumper don't mean crap.
👊
Thanks yall for the comments and if you havent already please SUBSCRIBE!! 😎💪
What was he thinking when he was strapping the trucks together?
GM is just better than dodge man like no competition
He clearly had it un 4wd lol
Yahoo!!!! I knew it waaaahooo
😂 sure buddy...you chevy guys are a hoot lol
Seem like the truck heading towards the highway gets the best traction. Change direction and compare.
Edited, truth be told: I butt hurt cause the Mopar loss. 😩
Mopar or no car.... For life
Ram wasn't in 4 wheel and the gmc was. You could see the front wheels on the gmc breaking traction during the pull
Lower center of gravity and weight of the truck help with traction. The ram has the torque and horsepower but just wasn’t hooking up
That dodge is a mall crawler.
😂😂
Chevy hands down its factory stance and tires , if the dodge was factory stance and tires it would have been better mabe even won
Shut up dodge fan dodges suck a new 2020 ford super duty Would’ve pulled both these trucks down the highway
I had a 03 dodge with a Cummins, now I have a 06 GMC Duramax which I pull a 36' camper with and I wish I could go back to the dodge Cummins it pulled the camper much better.
Its the 06 gmc u see that new shit making the ram look like shit 🤣 😂 even after he" cheated "
Diff lock plus traction control = winner
Which ever one is heavier and has better gription, is gonna win
I agree 💯
She went down in a blaze of glory
The taller truck has an advantage. But the weight of the truck matters the most. This is more of a traction contest than power.
What is the technic infos of 2 ?
4weels vs 2weels. Why
saludos desde Panama buen videos
👌
On pulling the heaviest wins!!!
4wd vs rwd?
WOW I DID NOT THINK THAT WIL HAPEN
I think if they both had The same brand and size tires on blacktop it would be more of an even match.
O yea baby Duramax for life 🔥👌👍🤙🤙🤙
Yo whatup love yall nice
💯👌
Man i love trucks got 01 durango got question if when I crank my truck it start but the information Center show battery negative little before red line when started then it goes down erthang else good still running battery just in negative need new battery right
That Cummins will outlive that dudymax
Can you do a RAM TRX vs a FORD RAPTOR?
I would love to
It depends on traction, not power. 4 wheel drive against 2 wheel drive, no contest
If the ram had a g56 you would pull him how he pulled you in 4wd
Ram was having to go uphill.
I think the aftermarket wheels took the (L) for the RAM
That should give it more of an advantage you would think
That truck gonna smoke that ram blue truck bro
my 95 gmc can't pull! but i can get it going 210kmh. pulls away form mustangs and super cars
This was honestly the funniest video ever because this guy with the ram had a lift in the guy with the Duramax had no lift which is totally a big difference because of the center of gravity
Please! Join the Boy Scouts and learn to tie a knot
Laff my ass off
That GMC has a locking rear differential and the Ram does not.
Duramax is a good product, I own one and no complaints does amazing 😉
Like how the duramax was in 4 wheel drive while the ram was in 2 wheel drive
Like how the durmax also beat it in 2 wheel drive in the second pull 😂
Need better tires and drivers.
First one to spin tires loses, so don’t just floor it.
I'm a GM guy and was surprised ! I do like the Ram though.
Fr gm
The dodge was in 2wd
Joe Caughtligma69 both were in 2WD ya dingus
@@kevlargu8483 uh no. look at the front tires.. dirt is being thrown behind the front tires. of course a 4wd will out pull a 2wd on dirt
OOOOOHHHHH!!!!!COME ON!!!!! DODGE WRONG KIND TIRES DUH
Excuses excuses! They all have their day, it's not the power that wins the pull its the traction. I've had all three diesel brands and my duramax was by far the most trouble free. The first one had 521,000 and still run good with original transmission still going, second one had 373,000 on it when it was wrecked. 7.3 did ok except for a transmission every 50,000 are so, same with the dodge, 6.0 was trouble from day one till it was sold. If I buy another one it will be a lbz model I'm not paying all that money for trucks anymore.
Ahh I bet the duramax had better fuel from the gas station! Haha jk
DirtyMax wins 🏁🏁🏁
Now try this, Duramax dually vs. Blue ram.
I would like to try that 😁👌
The jacked up vehicle will always loose.
Cause you got both of them on a gravel road of course Lincoln have enough tension to get grip
I ain’t going to lie, this is disappointing lol. Great video
When you lost your grip he was able to pull you, that is why you left. Slow and easy you may of won.
Good transmission is the key.
U sure it ain't the driver lol
Ez dubz for the duramax
It's because Duramax is in 4 wheel drive and I'm 100 percent a Chevy man but there is no way you would be able to drag the Dodge like that if it was in 4 wheel drive
Makes me want to get a GMC instead of a Ram or Ford

Have the drivers switch trucks. The Cummings foot is too heavy.
Even though the Ram has a lower rear end ratio, the Chevy has a lower ratio over all with the way it’s trans is set up. The Cummins doesn’t need all that because it’s bottom end torque makes up for it when pulling stuff. The Chevy needs that to help until it can reach peak torque. And not for nothing, that 68RFE is not the same as my Aisin. I wonder what 1 Ton vs 1 ton would be.
He literally said the dodge had a higher gear "and still lost"
Very good love g m
The dodge front tires weren't pulling they just rolled backwards as it was pulled
Shows that Cummins is beatable, but comes in a cost of new sets of wheels😂
That Duramax didn't cheat lol that Cummins just can't handle the truth
donutdoode69 5:08
Duramx had traction control on
So why wasn’t this done in 4wd?
Do you think the outcome would've been different?
BrosAuto well absolutely
Khenan Bedingfield I agree the Cummins would have smoked him in 4x4.
In 2 wheel drive traction depends a lot on how much weight is in the bed of the truck, while 4 wheel drive considers more the weight of the whole vehicle. So if one of them had heavy gravel or sand bags in the back then they'd smoke the other if both were on 2 wheel drive..
Traction won it😂look at who lost it first and that will always lose
Do it on a level and paved road.
I'm not a big believer in the chain pull test, to many variables to satisfy the hard-core skeptic.
The dodge needs Transmission
Last time I hooked up two trucks my truck threw chunks and blew out the rear window and side mirror of my friends truck. Both ford's and was in the grass! Epic but felt bad . Both had mudders. Those stones flying makes me cringe....
yes sir busted out my mirror
@@BrosAuto oh shit I didn't see that in the video that sucks
I'm switching to bfgs AT
It was over when the Dodge started bouncing. Round 1
Powerstroke would drag a Duramax around like a ragdoll
No one even talks or cares about powerstrokes anymore they are irrelevant now lol slower and less reliable than duramax and cummins
Yeah, no. I like powerstrokes, and they are great engines (well, some of them). But the duramax is simply better. Cummins vs duramax is the real argument, and that comes down to the owners preference imo.
