    You clearly have got incredible genetic potential to get shredded and massive to get to your size naturally .
    I’m mainly push ups now but with my frame only small / medium at 10% body fat I am at 180 and 6’2 but you could carry 210 and 10% body fat at 6’1 .

    to fit 22 bananas in that blender the bananas must have been very small. I agree with you on the markets, I have few near me and they are great. I am in the Northeastern part of the US. I guess I am lucky having a few good markets near by

    I'm not completely sure how I got here, but I watched the whole video. 20:45... With the exception of maybe coconuts, olives, avocados, and possibly pineapples... absolute none of the fruits and vegetables that we eat today, bare any resemblance to what our ancestors ate, prior to maybe 4,000 years ago. Look up "natural bananas". It's so cool. Oh, and the vast majority of citrus fruits don't even exist in nature at all. We created them. Lemons. Don't exist. Oranges. Don't exist.
    This is why we were meat eaters. It wasn't possible to eat the fruits and vegetables we have today.

    • @healthcausesregeneration
      @healthcausesregeneration  5 місяців тому

      rice, wheat, potatoes, corn have been around for 6-10,000 years or more and were much more reliable than meat.

    • @MichaelBiebersWorld
      @MichaelBiebersWorld 5 місяців тому

      @@healthcausesregeneration ... that's good. Do you have a source for this? I've read about the advancements in farming since the architectural revolution, which was rocky 12,000 years ago, and plant production wasn't promising until fairly recently with the invention of fertilizer.
      Rice and sweet potatoes are pretty amazing.
      If we look at tribes that still exist today, the order of food eaten is primarily animals and honey, and secondarily baobab, tubers, and berries.

      @@gkrysty8569 There is something you have to understand about DR is that he's been going through a lot of stress as a kid. Parents divorced, he developed Chron's disease and eventually got addicted to meth. If you don't manage to properly resolve this kind of trauma it leaves you with a constant battle in your mind. And this zaps away his energy. That's why he needs all this sugar. He eats unlimited carbs but still loses weight. If you had an okay childhood, you don't need that much sugar. He may agree with me or not but what I'm sayins is the truth.
