      I can eat more protein from wheat than I could from lean chicken. Some days, I can eat 75-100 grams of protein from wheat alone in one day.

    I pretty much have been following Cole for years. He's from Canada. You are correct. 😂 I just did that "soda diet" with him for three days and lost seven pounds! With Cole you get used to the cussing, but I cuss like a sailor so it doesn't bother me. 😂 Sugar is the best. Turkey, tuna, lean beef, lean chicken breast, cod etc is good too. I don't eat much meat anymore but once in a while I'll eat a piece of cod or some shrimp. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Turkey breast has very low fat. A hand full of turkey breast only has 1.5 grams and that makes a big sandwich. Any one know of anything else?

      Yes, and chicken breast and cod have almost zero fat. You could easily eat no more than 10% fat a day if you eat some lean animal products.

I was curious and looked up low fat meat, and yeah, there are some meats that only have a few grams of fat if you eat a modest portion.

    For me loads of sugar first thing in the morning doesn't make any sense. Because your insulin will go sky high after all that sugar and that makes me tired like crazy. Mainly because high insulin lowers cortisol and you want high cortisol in the morning and low at night when you go to sleep.. So to me makes sense keep insulin low and cortisol high in the morning and during the first half of the day when you are at work etc. where you don't want to be sleepy. Now after that in the second half of the day where you have everything done and you want to crash the cortisol, calm down the body to be ready to relax and to sleep that when it makes sense to me eat plenty of carbs...

    You can't stand the fall?! It's my favorite season! Granted, in NM it only lasts 2 weeks and then the horrid endless winter hits. Genetics matter. Bone structure matters. Diet will not change that. Focus on HEALTH.

    Yes. Probably most obese people have eating disorders. There is a reason why it was suggested I go to an Overeaters Anonymous meeting decades ago when my eating issues were worse than where I'm at now in my life's journey. I was like, "HUH? But I'm supposedly too thin." but when I went to a meeting, I resonated with the obese people there A LOT. Our mentality was extremely similar.

    I tried bellicon a few times but I was sooo afraid of jumping on it as I have some slight vertigo when high on something. It felt soooo unstable and unsafe… I have a cheap spring BCAN which is not amazing but works somehow… I am dreaming about Cellersizer ❤ I hope soon!

    I don't watch Oprah I live on the other side of the planet. What Oprah drama has anything with science? Who cares about celebrities? Put all of your interest in your good health. Those skinny people died from heath attacks because of eating animal fats that clog arteries and it's invisible. Obesity increase risk of multiple diseases multiple times that's why it's dangerous. You read and watch videos on multiple topics then maybe watch some videos about mechanism of action how GLP-1 work in human body? I have reminder from childhood there was skinny kids that didn't wanted to eat and when they are they ate very small meals and parents of those kids had to force feed them. On the other hand I had no problems with eating. Do you have same reminder by the chance? Those skinny kids had plenty of GLP-1 in their systems by their DNA design

    Why do yo say we don't use insulin for sucrose digestion? Sucrose is a disaccharide, not a monosaccharide. Please make me understand. I even asked Durian Rider. As usually, he responded with something else: fructose doesn't require insulin, which I already know. Fructose is a monosaccharide and it doesn't need to be split into smaller poeces in orde to enter into the cell.

    You’re losing way more muscle with fruit. If you’re obese you wont notice the muscle loss. Weight loss is not always pure fat loss. Fructose is extremely metabolically damaging. Youll get skinny eating just fruit. Youll lose fat eating starches and will maintain all your muscle mass.

    Cortisol can make you bloat/retain water but that doesn't mean you aren't burning through your carbohydrate/fat reserves. I understand it might be disconcerting/demotivating. Honest question, why would you force yourself to eat if you are trying to lose weight? The reason a high carbohydrate diet may be effective for weight loss are: 1) It gives you lots of energy, this means you are more likely to output energy and burn through stores compared to equivalent energy input from fat. 2) Sweet foods can be satiating, but this depends on the person, and also the form of carbohydrate. It will be individual. 3) Carbohydrate diets are high in fiber and low in calories comparatively- especially vegetables. Vegetables such as greens, carrots, peppers etc etc are high in nutrients and low in calories. However, some people are satisfied eating more fats/proteins. Some people like to eat intuitively. You should decide what foods you like and satisfy you, that have lots of nutrients and are healthy. Why would you try and pound sugar if you don't enjoy it?? Do you enjoy and feel satisfied drinking a bunch of juice? Does apple juice contain enough nutrients/other macros? View food as a tool to nourish your body, give you energy, and enjoy this time on earth. If your goal is to lose weight adjust for foods that are lower in overall calories, that fill you up and satisfy you. Be kind to yourself but also be aware/methodical. I actually do eat a high carb diet right now, but you can't deny there are millions of people eating a variety of diets that are all lean.

      @@healthcausesregeneration I agree it doesn't mean healthy. However, it can benefit health to reach an optimal body weight, which is synonymous with "leaning out"- I'm sure you agree. I just want the best for you, interested in your thoughts.

    Have you checked if u are estrogen dominant ? That will always lead to weight gain and inability to loose

    the way you think is how I think too. It is so draining for sure. Restriction has always destroyed me in 1 way or another even if it is just "psychological restriction vs physical"

    You will get rotten teeth and non alcoholic fatty liver disease from eating sugars all day every day.. Also like I said you have mental issues from copper toxicity/low zinc... Start to eat normal "fitness" diet 4-5000kcal starches, lean sources of animal protein, veggies and fruits and healthy fats like avocados, macadamia nuts, olive oil.. + some exercise and lifting(body weight workouts are enough) and you will transform within 6-12 months into completely different person mentally and physically.. You want to eat sugars all the time. Show me people who do that and look healthy physically and mentally.. Don't mention Durian rider. He has fake teeth(no it is not from boxing. It is from eating and drinking acidic foods and drinks all the time which damages your tooth enemal..) and who is on steroids otherwise he couldn't function.. 99,999% of people who are healthy eat normal balanced diet. Not some stupid extreme like sugar or raw meat or whatever.. Why you think your skeleton is getting messed up? YOu have no good minerals coming in. You can't build strong bones from acidic fruit juices and sugar lol... Learn more about basic biochemistry books not from some crazy raw vegans who look 60yo in their 30s and who can't even do anything apart from sitting on their ass and eat some fruit lol.. Learn from people who have shit done. THey don't eat nothing but fruits and juices and sugar lol..

      Where is the excess copper coming from? You have to be taking in more than 10 mg of copper a day, and he and almost everyone else aren't even coming close to that. He does not have copper overload. Where is the excess copper coming from? So he is too high in copper, and too low in all the other minerals? How on earth do you know that?

      If anything, anyone eating a lot of fructose would be at risk of having too little copper since fructose lowers copper absorption, but even that is extremely unlikely.

    Eat one or two organic vegan meals a day , no high oil foods , plenty of whole food carbs , as much as you like . No snacking . Get lots of sleep . Drink plenty of water . You'll be the perfect weight and have optimal health in no time .
