I have found satiation happens as much when the stomach drains and the nutrients go into the small intestine, down the mesentery and into the blood network and cells. That's why if I'm ravenous, I tend to want to overeat on the complex carbohydrates that take longer to digest. My stomach may be full but I want to go on. It's like it may as well be an inert substance in the stomach if the blood sugar/glycogen hasn't gone up yet. This is why I do think it's better to eat a bit at a time and "wait for the food to go down" for digestive comfort.
Harleys right, its all about the saliva. When you have a hydrated mouth the saliva will be reminerilzing the enamel. Too hot and cold foods cause cracks, and acidic foods, enamel starts being broken down at 5.3 pH, sugar is 6-7pH, fruit is the issue for vegans, lemons 2 pH, pears and peaches 4pH, it gets better with ripeness but those suffering issues want to reduce alot until they heal.
I don't floss much but I do have a habit of swirling water round my mouth and spitting it out a few times a day. I want to help loosen any food that bacteria has a chance to feed on.
Fad diets tend to be either some form of keto, or some form of digestive system stuffing (50:50 plate). I'm skeptical as to whether you can stuff a digestive system on low calorie stuff, and be truly "full" with the lack of glucose. It would be a bit like constantly drinking water to keep your stomach bulging.
Question. I am not overweight but I am not skinny. I have huge DD boobs and I want them to shrink down naturally so they aren’t so heavy. Any tips on losing boob fat?
The more weight you lose the more they may go down. Your body may just keep them, my mother is very small but has triple G's yes they used to be a topic of discussion when my grandmother(her mother) was around. Great interview! I agree with you on oatmeal. I could barely lose weight eating oatmeal and I would get so hungry about 1 to 2 hours after eating it and I would have a large bowl. How much table sugar would you suggest to eat with fruit and rice?

So ideally, the sugar is the best. But when mixed with starch is worst because ferment. Not only when are mixed outside, also inside. In the beginning, the vegetables are more safe. Even they are no the best for us
I have been doing DRs protocols for almost a year but I for some reason cannot digest white rice or potatoes (anything starch really) I get bad heartburn everytime without fail. I’m on zero medications and zero overt fats. Any advice is appreciated thanks guys.
Try jasmine rice if that doesn't work try basmati white rice and make sure it is fully cooked and not hard make sure it's soft. Also, steam and cook some veggies with it and put some Braggs liquid aminos on it. Make sure to not eat after a fatty meal and also make sure not to eat fruit or melons afterwards! Make sure you are drinking enough water long before and wait an hour after. If this doesn't work after a while...try drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vineger in 4 ounces of water 10 mins before eating. Stay active too, digestion is way better in general if you stay active! Don't lay down after eating, wait a while!!!! Take 10 min walk after eating etc... hope this helps
Potatoes I can see, they are nightshades and can cause problems. White rice could be the brand, or not rinsing before cooking. I have not heard of anyone who couldn't digest it.
Why do they need to waste money on bleach for what? I have been living in Asia for 24 years and have never seen any Asians using bleach on any rice. The process would be too costly if they did and rice would not be so cheap. All that is removed is the husk, bran, and germ to extend the shelf life. That's all.

yes fruit acidity can be an issue for sure, underripe fruit shouldn't be eaten

To taste is best. Unless doing an endurance sport or any kind of athletic pursuit and you want 10g per kg of body weight to start

Are you rinsing your rice 10+ times until the water is clear?
You have to wash the starch off the rice b4 cooking
