    i just made some keto pizza using this recipe, just put the "dough" in a cake pan, i used a big tray with baking paper on top of it and a cake tray that has removable walls, used the walls on a bigger tray and made like a giant fritter and let it bake for about 8 minutes, can be more if you want it more crispy, then add toppings like tomato paste, ham, mushrooms, olives, cheese etc and throw it in the oven again for about 8 minutes or so, check it so it doesn't burn. let it cool a just a little and serve it, its awesome.

    I made these with a bit of a twist since i didnt have all the ingredients .. here in Italy sometimes a bit hard to get them. But since i had cauliflower, almond flour and onions and we arent vegan I added egg and mozzarella cheese as my binding agents and it worked! they were a bit soft after frying but I put them in the oven and they finished cooking to a perfect fritter! Thanks again for great recipes! i ordered flax seed and psylium husks from amazon it so i can try your focaccia! warm greetings from Sicily

    Wow 😲 😋 pregnant vegan keto lol maybe why I'm eating these at 1:35 a.m. This is the second recipe I've tried. I'm in love! God bless you for sharing your knowledge! I've been vegan keto a few weeks and my blood sugar is completely normal after begin diagnosed with gestational diabetes. 💖

    New to your channel and started a 10wk clean keto plan in Jan. I have lost over 20lbs. So happy to have found you. I came from Mayra’s channel. I was starting to become vegan but wasn’t losing much weight and decided to try the keto. Finally finding a vegan keto channel is fantastic. Thank you for sharing and creating videos for us.

    I feel inspired again. I went vegan last year and have gained 7kg eating a carb heavy diet. I feel like such a failure because I see other vegans eating rice, potatoes and bread yet losing weight. I didn’t want to return to my meat heavy diet but had no idea how to implements a vegan keto diet. Thank you 🙏

    Never quite know what to do with califlower, decided to try this. Prepared it last night to eat today since I never have enough time to do the whole thing in the morning. Rolled them and pan fried 2 pieces this morning then popped them in the oven to keep warm while cooking other thing. I liked the texture of it being a little like mochi with a little gooeyness and it was very good though filling so I should keep the side dish a bit lighter next time. Also, I think I will mix some cheese next time, like califlower cheese version, and see how that will turn out. Learning to follow recipes - that's an achievement in itself for me, my patience and creativity often gets me deviate but by following them properly, I can then work on variations! Thank you Fan. 🙏😊

    Hi Fan, I am new to your channel, but all your followers are very excited about your keto recipes, so I will check them out. This recipe made me excited to think of my old favourite “samosas” so I am going to try these fritters with spices and jalapeño peppers. I have some good tzatziki in the fridge that I think will go great with them too. I have joined the throngs of happy weight-losing former T2 Diabetics who have new opportunities, for me not the least of these is to “fast and pray,” which is life-changing in itself! Thanks for the recipe.

    I just made these. Now, I did cheat. Costco sells organic riced cauliflower that comes 4-12oz bags in a bag. I used two of those 12 oz bags. I defrosted them, squeezed out the water, used “as is”, added the rest of the ingredients...not only they were soooo good, but I felt like 1/2 the work was done for me. I will def be making these again....and again.

    oh this is happening !!! can't wait to try this out tomorrow ! Again I can't thank you enough for these videos, especially for someone just moving from vegan to keto vegan to have this basically massive library of extraodinary foods is literally priceless ! and just how mega tasty they all are ! I'm just now eating your sesame peanutbutter sauce with avocados and it's literally the best thing I've had in my life !! Forget chocolate, or steak or whatever was your favourite food, this is now my absolute most favourite ! In other news I have one challange for you if you're up for it ^^ So far I literally found everything I wanted to and loved as a vegan on your channel which is why I'm already your no 1 fan ! The one thing though that has proven also to be the hardest thing and true challange with being vegan as well is travelling and worst still, camping !! So I will stock up on all the energy bars, and treats I can make and found on your channel as well, but it would be the utter most last ingredient for a true life style : travelling and camping outdoors in a tent and a typical gas coocker ^^ (just because I'm supposed to go camping and I had a million ideas for vegan and could find a ton of great stuff but now going keto has ruined all that for me haha, meaning it's making me quite anxious and my friend is already afraid that I'll drive her insane with my "dietary needs". So this isn't like "I dare you" type of challenge, but maybe something you haven't thought about and at some point in time you'll think it could be a fun and brilliant addition to your channel. xoxo

    I made these today and they were amazing! The only thing l added extra was half a jalapeno without the seeds for a very mild little heat. I love them!

    Thanks for the great recipe!! I have been making these for a couple of months now for breakfast, but in a "slice" form. Press the mix into a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden at the edges. Slice when cool. Reheat in an airfryer or fry pan. I like to eat them with hummus or spinach dip, or sauteed vegetables if I'm feeling fancy...

    Thanks so much for this recipe. These are so delicious! I swear they taste even better the second time around as leftovers. I did not have ground almonds, so I used almond flour. Also did not have spring onions, but will make sure to have them next time. I skipped the poaching of the cauliflower and just grated it. It cooked just fine. Was wondering why some people poach their cauliflower first in recipes and some don't. Thanks again. I'm definitely going to try more of your recipes - I have quite a few saved already. :)

    Absolutly wonderful recipe, I have made these before and was surprisingly surprised how they tasted, I think I will incorperate your ingredient in the next batch and have a go at these. The homemade tartar sauce, I always make my own, usually use Greek yogurt, it’s ok, nothing to brag about but the introduction of of sweet pickles if you will has my taste buds wanting to try.     I would use oven to bake them, with coconut oil spray in the baking tin, because oven is closed in all directions, it can contain heat to cook fully. By cooking in frying pan, inside may not cook fully.

    Just made this!
    Fritter was very good! I used what I had for yogurt unsweetened vanilla lol …. And my avocado was a bit hard, but I actually enjoyed this recipe , and i don’t even like cauliflower! I was surprised how tasty it was!

    Bought some almond flour but it wasn't finely ground enough to make pancakes or flat bread..(trust me I tried)...got the psyllium husks...now I just need a cauliflower!Thanks Fan...yr the best.

    I made these yesterday. I added chopped chilli for a kick and it tasted delish. Unfortunately, when I fried the first batch they came out a bit mushy (maybe the dough was too moist?) So I popped them in the oven instead. The texture was fantastic, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Thank you Fan. Will be a staple in my kitchen now 😀

    Looks good! I'm going to try zucchini, as cauliflower doesn't agree with me. ;) Also, I'm going to try baking them, as I prefer less fried foods. Coyo brand is available where I live, but I actually prefer the organic supermarket brand because it's thicker - and cheaper! ;) I wonder if coconut flour would be a good alternative to the almond flour? I'll have to test it out! Thanks for another great recipe, and it's good to see you back! :)

    Try adding some Old Bay or whatever is the popular seafood seasoning in your area for a bit of a fish/crab cake sensation honestly I've found if you can get the texture right it's all about the seasoning when it comes to vegan/vegetarian dishes I helped my cousin transition this way and I'm not vegan or vegetarian but a mad scientist in the kitchen so she tolerates me 😀

      @Linda Davis do you have a Whole Foods or natural food store in your area? I know it can be hard to find dairy free yogurts in some areas.
