If you have a Sun Dolphin American 12, Quest 12 or a Bass Pro Shops Prowler 12' Jon Boat then this kit will be a game changer. The worst part of the mold used for these plastic boats are the ribs in the floor that add structure to the hull.
They are uncomfortable and do not make it easy to stand in this boat. The boat is unstable from the store, but we came up with a way to add stability and comfort without breaking the bank.

Great job ,I dont no about that i have one and have ply wood in the part at the front bench going to the bottom where ye have the auto boat and it works great its all flush with the bench all so but ye are the boat men and have a better cule ✌️🎣thanks for the tips and videos

This is a great video and you guys did an awesome job of fixing the little boat up. I have one of these with some basic wooden floors that I made myself. But they are heavy and add quite a lot of extra weight to the boat. I am looking forward to buying your flooring kit and material. I also have the Millennium seat and it's big but it's a great option on this boat. I only fish alone in this boat so the one good thing is that I don't have anyone almost throwing me out the boat! The ePropulsion I bought from you guys works great on this boat and I just use a standard hand control trolling motor.
Thanks for the feedback Todd. Chris is going to be doing some more work and upgrades on this boat soon. So far we really like it.
Looks like a very fine ride
This a cool way to set up obe if these. Gives me some ideas. Maybe some light weight detachable pontoons on sides for better stability. Wish they had a 15 or 16 footer.

Outriggers made from gray PVC conduit and crab pot buoys would help stabilize the boat.

Where did u get the seats?
Fill the floor with foam, then top it with plywood; then put two seats on top. Would that give you more stability and walking room?
Would be nice if yall sold the template or dimensions for cheap for us guys in a fab shop.
Especially if they're not going to get the floor kit back in stock. Been out of stock for weeks.

I believe so, but it's really simple. Just need a $10 wire snake from Harbor Freight and a few holes in the hull
How much weight you guys had in boat? I'm 300lbs solo trolling motor. Am I safe?

The only thing about this boat if it rains the water doesn't have a place to drain out.
