Also, my mother ate peanuts when she was pregnant with me and got really sick. She also ate nuts while she was breastfeeding me, and I became sick as an infant. From there, an allergy test was used to determine which nuts I was allergic to. Hope that helps. 😊

If this is too time taking just take fennel and sugar candy (I think this is the word) and chew them after every meal. Idk if you can find sugar candy in other countries but if you can't I have another remedy for acidity - just have half a spoon of carom seed (also called bishop's weed, and ajowan caraway) when you feel you have gastric problems. Will reduce acidity within minutes

2. 100 gm soyachunks(50gm protien)
3. 200 gm paneer (35 gm protien)
4. 25 gm kidney beans+ 25 gm chickpea + 25 gm black grams +25 gm moong daal)=20 gm protien
