I just picked up an identical unit to this, The engine and gear box were completely disassembled when I picked it up. It some broken gears in the 3-speed gear box. Will you ever do a tear-down vid of these or do you know of a decent one? I've been searching around but haven't found one yet. Other than that, I LOVE your vids. I just stepped into the ATV world last fall with a little 90cc Ducar quad that my 8-year old and I tore down to replace the piston and cylinder. Runs like a champ now for real cheap!
Glad you enjoy the content. I do not know of a good video on the bottom end motor rebuilds. I have a plan to do a video that breaks down the different types of E22 engines and a top end rebuild, but it probably wont be for a while. I still need to acquire all the parts I will need.

Alex Tas Thanks Alex! Good luck on your project! Shaft driven? I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a 110 Chinese ATV that’s shaft driven. You’ll have to send me an update on how your project goes!
@@PraskaBoysGarage I have started! However, have you ever encountered a quad with only 4 wires out of the stator that include green, two yellows and a blue/white. There is no black/red ! I have taken off the stator cover to see if perhaps the wire had broken within the cable sheath but no, there is no black/red entering the loom from within the cover. I can only see green, two yellows and a blue/white. Any advice would be much appreciated
temple68 interesting...So green is ground, yellow is the charging & lighting wires and I believe blue is the pick up for the cdi box. Follow the blue, does it go to the cdi? That should tell it when to fire spark from the timing and red/black should charge the cdi. Only 4 wires is new to me, but I was trace and and see where they all go.
Hi and me again (alextas temple68). I have little idea about youtube. I have been playing a bit more with my quad and another one. Turns out the 4 wire stator is intended for a dc cdi. I made up an ugly loom and got it going. Instead of the black/red you take a red straight from the battery. Tried it on another quad which originally had an ac 5 pin cdi and black/red from the stator. Hooked it up in the same way using red from battery and not the black/red, and it went too! Very happy but am using a double house light switch as start and run which is not ideal so will have to spend some more time to get them bush ready!! Will try and add a picture somehow...
I have the exact same quad and am looking for a rear axle and swing arm along with a few plastics.Just wondering where I would be able to get them? I live in Ireland
We’ve upgrade sprockets, chain, hubs (4 bolt), wheels/ tires, shocks and plastics. Installed new engine but am having trouble starting. Electrical sucks!
This is my #1 question for sure! I actually had a CNC company laser cut out all the metal to start making and selling my own. I will be selling the kits on my website either as a DIY kit or a completely assembled and power coated. Should have everything ready soon and will post updates on the channel.
Praska Boy's Garage awesome man followed your link ordered the harness! Hope it works out!! One more question the picture on the link you sent me shows that it comes with the stator. But going down the items listed it doesn’t say it comes with the stator. I did a very similar tear down to what you do in your video and I found that the engine was not getting spark but has good compression! I pulled the stator tossed a oem meter on it and nothing! Even to ground. So again my question is does the harness come with the pictures 5 pin stator? Or should I order it separately??? Also man I really do appreciate your videos I’m pretty mechanically inclined but having someone to check your work against takes away a lot of the second guessing! Thanks in advance -Johnny
Bought a 125 yesterday for 20 bucks and got it home the motor was cracked wondering if it would be cheaper just to by a new one.. appreciate the upload 🤟🏼

Thanks, the last minute is definitely the reward for all the work!
I just got into doing these and wow I hope my first restore looks like that I am almost done had it for about 1.5 weeks now
Taylor Bogdan Thanks man! I wish my turn around time was that fast! With my work schedule it usually takes me about 4 weeks to build these things out!
So I just finished watching all your videos good work taking alot of notes, tools and what not I need 2 that I cannot find is that table mounted motor stand can you link what it is and where I can buy and that tire remover. Thanks alot really enjoyed your stuff look forward to more
Taylor Bogdan My engine stand is probably my number 1 comment on my channel! I purchased it on eBay from the seller bomcbe2kzy. He doesn’t currently have any posted but I think he can make them to order. Cost me around $120 bucks. Here is the link for the tire changer on eBay! Thanks and good luck on your future projects! rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F361969989603
Thanks for the video! About to restore a 110 Kazuma Falcon✌️🙏
Thanks, and Good luck! Let me know if you have any questions!
Good work sir... Alot of hours I'm sure, but done legit.
bud white Thank you! It definitely was a few shop hours that’s for sure!
I am envious of your skills
I appreciate that, and I’ll be the first to say I have a lot more learning to do. Accuracy by volume has been my technique! Just getting my hands on as many small engines as I can!
Your videos are extremely helpful bro thank you.
You bet! Happy to help and thank you for subscribing!
Cool man you did your Thang
Thanks brother!
Plasti-dip works great on plastics and the good part is it peels off if you need it to. You should also paint the wheels center caps red also.
This bad boy has been sold but thats a good idea! I'll remember that for the new project!
Amazing video it s my dream to fix a 4 wheels for my son one day xxx
grey wolf Do it!!! They are a blast to work on!
Fun project! Good filming, watched the whole vid! I'm curious about your UFC belt in the background too!
Lol, thank you! It's just sports memorabilia. I am personally a huge UFC fan and that is an exact replica I purchased after TJ won his first belt.
I thought it was yours!
I'm a fan but not hardcore anymore!
@@stevenpowers9761 Oh man! I actually own an octagon too believe it or not! However I'm just a fan and in no way a fighter.
@@PraskaBoysGarage cool!
Good job very good job
Very awesome! My husband and I are currently in the process of doing a remodel on a China bike as well, and this video gave us some pretty good insight!
That is awesome! Good luck!
Great video!
I just picked up a 200cc for free. Hopefully I can get it started and make it look sharp like your build.
The trouble is that I don't have any other info about this atv other than 200cc and that it's one of the first generation, so it makes it hard to order parts.
I'm alway searching for a 150cc or 200cc that's water cooled. Would like to do one of those for the channel! Good luck on your project!
Its chinese that's it you need to know they almost all share parts
For 80, worth it, plenty of potential there,,,,gotta love DYI
Absolutely! I just picked one up last week for $50 that I am going to do a budget build on!
Awesome video. I just picked up the exact same quad in very similar condition incl destroyed wiring and plastics, but its shaft driven?! Keep the videos comin. Very enjoyable/educational.
I'm not sure about shipping to Ireland. I buy my from a US company call VMC Chinese Parts. Otherwise I stick with eBay or Amazon.
Were do u find the parts for this I've been looking
The parts I've used in this video are listed in the description if you need them. I shop for my parts between VMC chinese parts, Amazon and eBay.
Awesome job!
Thanks!
@@PraskaBoysGarage your welcome. Check out our new channel. Larid family Mx.
i really want say many thanks useful info,
You bet! Thanks for watching!
Great video!
We’ve upgrade sprockets, chain, hubs (4 bolt), wheels/ tires, shocks and plastics. Installed new engine but am having trouble starting. Electrical sucks!
You can earth 110 motors to only have electric start, kill and 12v output to battery for lights, etc. Look it up on YT
Cool work but where do you order your new parts ?
Hello I am wondering where did you get the motor mount for the table that you use. Thanks I’ve been looking for one
This is my #1 question for sure! I actually had a CNC company laser cut out all the metal to start making and selling my own. I will be selling the kits on my website either as a DIY kit or a completely assembled and power coated. Should have everything ready soon and will post updates on the channel.
Could you possibly provide the link that you purchased the wiring harness from??? -thanks in advance (liked vid and subscribed!)
Johnny Alexander Thanks for the sub! Here’s the link: rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F302880786805
Also here is a link to my wiring video if you have any questions on the install! ua-cam.com/video/XdLLjDZ155M/v-deo.html
Thanks in advance
-Johnny
Johnny Alexander Love it! Happy to help. Yes the link comes with the stator, I’ve ordered it multiple times!
I just got my 110 project started
That's awesome brother! Good luck on it!
Thank you. Really interesting to watch!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
@@PraskaBoysGarage when will be a new video
@@PraskaBoysGarage i have a question my quad wont start everything is replaced except the stator do i have to replace the stator too?
@@atlasaverage6137 Very soon! Current project is on the table!
@@atlasaverage6137 Is the motor turning over just not firing? Or are you getting nothing at all?
Bought a 125 yesterday for 20 bucks and got it home the motor was cracked wondering if it would be cheaper just to by a new one.. appreciate the upload 🤟🏼
You can buy them for under $300 bucks on eBay. Between a new motor, new wiring and the atv Id say you've made a solid machine for a cheap investment.
Great video. What style welder do you use?
Thank You! I have a Lincoln Handy Mig welder that does but flux core or gas and runs off 120volts. Best used on metal 1/4" thick or less.
@@PraskaBoysGarage in the video were you MIG welding the frame and muffler? Looking to pick one up to learn, those are the types of things I would do.
What type of bike is that
Kazuma Falcon 110cc
I like everything you do wit the build but if you can please ware your safety glasses. All i ask is that you protect your eyes, and by the way great job love your videos brother.
Thank you, I will
nice rebuild, been planning on purchasing the same atv for diy mods.
They are a great option for that! Good luck and I hope you find a good one!
Took a 110 off one of these quads and put it on a yz85 frame unfortunately it was sitting for ten years so i burnt the starter trying to unseize the engine and the gearbox is iffy but meh gonna mount it today
Lol, full send kinda guy! I can appreciate that!
