SI is just in another level, no matter how good BATC is. It all comes down to whether you want to pay a one off or not. If you can afford SI, go with SI. You've seen nothing that can compare. Also the speed with which it gets fixes and new fixtures is unheard of. Both are awesome efforts, both are worth your money. And let's not forget about Pilot2ATC.
SI has that potential but I don't think the long time it takes to process it's instructions is going to cut it once a real world level of traffic is injected like BATC does now! I'm not sure BATC will ultimately work and it's processing time is about half that of SI. I'm not sure SI will be able to keep up with a realistic load of ATC communications at a busy airport such as Heathrow! It's hard to get an opening to communicate with BATC now,, and that's with only a traffic level of 5 it's going to be much harder to do with SI! BATC and especially SI has to improve their efficiency in response time, if they're going to work with injected traffic,
I have BATC, but once I tried SI, that was it for me. Ive paid for a yearly subscription of SI. The audio is dramatically better. They continue to improve it all the time. Im glad we have options though

Si is really amazing . I have both and like both. Beyond is good now with the traffic and that gets better every week. With si you feel like you are talking to real people and just like in real life you get to ask anything you like and you will get a reply like say if you want to change a sid our star our runway our approach you can do. With beyond you are more on rail tracks and are limited to what you can say. Even with the traffic so far si is far better with traffic on its way soon . Dont forget the voices i am told with si they will be the same quality for both traffic and pilot transmission. Really Its all about what you want to pay. Which ever you go for they are both good
No i had the say intensions pre recorded background atc chatter on so the other departures you hear are prerecorded from previous users…they don’t have traffic yet

Have both, although Say Intentions is the better one in my opinion. The ONLY benefit with BATC is the traffic injection.
BATC is also procedurally more accurate in many ways, but SI is more dynamic.

So at Boston Sayintentions is departing traffic ffom rwys 4R, 22R, and 15, all at the same time. Is that for real.
