I am having a problem with the same Samsung front loader. However my code is not mentioned, I am receiving OE code. My was will fill and drain, fill and drain, fill and drain after the third time it throw an OE code. Its does this on all water temps. For some reason the rinse and spin cycle seems to work fine but I really need a longer cycle to deep clean clothes. Any input?
Hi, im getting the FL code, ordered a new lock and same thing happens, lock engages and then i get a low tone beep. When i put it in diagnostics it gives me the FL code. Ive replaced the Main control board and still the same, door closes, locks and the low tone beep. Ive remived the pressure switch tube and blew through that, ive drained the emergency water tube & filter. Ive checked all connections and wires & nothing wrong with them. Could you suggest something else for me to try? TIA
I have the Samsung SilverCare energystar front load wash machine. Within minutes after starting the machine it will stop and have an error code 7E... I have seen a video about splicing a red and pink wire from the control board. That video stated that if splice the wires together it will override the SilverCare and the washer will work. Just without the SilverCare working. Can i do this? Also mine must be an older model. Mine doesnt have a panal like that. It has the power button then a knob to turn for which type of wash you want ro do. Then a panal to adjust how you want ach cycle to run. No way to check for codes
My Samsung washer wf42h5200aw/a2 11 shows code JO 12. Samsung has nothing on this code and does not have any troubleshooting procedures or any ways to repair or fix the problem. Is there a repair procedure that I need to perform to fix this problem? I have checked many places for any procedures that might fix this problem. Please advise.
Thank you for the tutorial on how to trouble shoot my Samsung washer Mr Online Repair Tech. Each step was outlined and I followed your instructions to complete the repair of my washer. I ordered the motor control board from your site and I installed it and a door switch along with the 4 shock absorbers. Great site compared to the other sites. I can't thank you enough.
I have a samsung WF42H5200AW/A2. Washer stopped agitating and Was making a loud whirring noise. I changed the rotor stator the old one was covered in what looks to be cooper dust from the stator. Machine now spins and agitates, but spins out of control reaching a max rpms of under 1000
going to try this. ed....ok test 6 displayed 3E but thing spun anyway(it did spasm first time). after running all the test washing machine now works as normal?! ed. i jinx it. tried to do washing on quick wash, it just sitting there doing nothing, it added bit of water for the soap but thats it. so looks like something with the motor is toast
The "dc" or "dc3" error code typically appearing on a Samsung washer suggests an issue with load imbalance. This signifies that the washer has identified a problem with how the laundry is arranged within the drum, hindering its ability to spin effectively. Such a situation can arise due to several factors, including washing bulky items like towels or blankets individually, or having small loads that are not evenly distributed throughout the drum. Additionally, check whether your inner drum is warped. If so, this could also lead to an imbalance issue. Could you let me know the age of your washer?
