Thank you! Definitely wasn't easy to do alone - but your step by step guide allowed me to get this done during a lunchtime break.

Awesome sauce! I studied your video for a day or two, and with my two adult kids (as assistants, per your advise), I replaced the rods this morning. Did the work in about 30 minutes. We've done three heavy loads and so far, so good! Really grateful for your video...

I saw several different tutorials and while they were decent yours was the easiest to follow along with and has the best recording as I could actually see what you were doing step by step, the tips you also provided, to prevent pulling the wires and keeping track of the screws, just excellent, even though I wore gloves I still somehow nicked the back of my hand had to switch to thicker gloves but that's normal handyman ish't, anyways thank you for being helpful to others when you didn't need to.

This was posted 7 months ago. How is your suspension rod now?
I did change mine but after a month, suspension rod issue came back.
Anybody else experience this after replacing it?

Great video! I followed your instructions, and the installation went great. Only worked for the first wash and back to the original problem. I believe it's the poor quality of the suspension support rod. Can you please send me a link to a reputable dealer that sells Samsung model WA54R7600AV/US. Replacement suspension support rod. As you had mentioned in the video. Thanks for your response.

Hi. Where do you recommend buy parts (suspension rods) from? Thank you.

  • @konradhof7318

We replaced ours with some aftermarket rods that were recommended in another good video. But it was banging around again in no time. And we’ve done the recalibration. In yet another video the guy recommends going with OEM rods. We will try again. Very frustrating. Manufacturer is no help.
