You're welcome!
Thanks so much. Haven't completely figured this issue out but think i have it figured out.. i run and empty load and it wont go into a high spin.. i did this test, empty, and it goes into a high spin but shakes.. so, it seems the mechanics are working..i.e. the motor parts.. note, it is balanced and i recalibrated it.. safe to say its the shocks?
Thank you for the video I followed the steps and it fixed my problem
Glad it helped
Thank you, it is the best guide how to use debug mode🤩
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm thrilled that my guide was able to help you.
Thanks for the knowledge. How would I know that there is an error? Would it just "blink it"? I was going through each of them and when I was on 5 It showed E6 and then when dial was on 6- It displayed 3C2. Not sure if they are errors though...
Do you have a copy of the diagnose guide are the fast track Procedure
Will following this procedure work for a Samsung front loader?
When checking the hot water valve, check the inlet screen to make sure it does not have build up
did the diagnostic mode, I'm getting a flashing hot light, the manual says to call a service tec. lol . the model is WA40J300A it all started with the power pressed then the start pressed allowing the machine to partially fill, then pause, added my liquid soap and rinse the cup out, added the clothes, and hit the start/pause and nothing happened not even the power button would respond. I could stop the machine by unplugging it, after the machine finished washing I did the diagnostic as you showed, and now the machine allowed me to power on, pause, and then resume. your thoughts, please.
I run the high speed test #8. It gets to about 255 no higher and then stops and starts blinking the 8. No error code. Changed the suspension rods/springs and it won’t go through high spin cycle when washing clothes. Idk what else to do.
What do you think is wrong with mine flashing hot /warm...and it has trouble spinning all the way..its like its unbalanced..but its not
When I go through the diagnostics on 6 and 8 it does nothing. It’s not showing any error codes though.
what if it won't power on, and if you hold the power button, if just flashes 'door locked'?
This happened after trying to run the steam sanitize cycle, and waiting hours for it to finish, turning it off with 2:18 remaining on the clock after 14 hours.
samsung top loading washing machine wa70h4000 panel keys suddenly not working. Except on/off switch work. Rest of keys have powers led but do not functions. Display shows previous time on each on/off. How do I get into test mode? what could be the issue?
Hey I tried doing this multiple times but when I get to 17h and hold start, it just starts the washer 🤦🏼♀️ I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. Any advice?
If I get code 3C can it still be fixable?
What if your screen is frozen, I can’t press any other buttons.
Hi! How do I put the samsung washer model wa50k8600av/a2 on diagnostic mode?!? HELP :)
After completing all the tests I go and put it back into test mode with the delay in button and it shows as and then I press smart care and turn the knob clockwise and nothing happens. What does that mean
Mine is doing the same
@@wouldntyouliketoknow6587 same
Any time i turn it on to wash the top lock came on
Machine has 3C1 code, not sure what it means
How do I take my washer off diagnostics mode?
Try unplugging the appliance and plugging it back in if needed.

This was incredibly helpful, thank you!
